✔ Carb/Carbohydrate : BrownRice WholeWheatToast etc
✔ Vegetable : red green yellow veggie
✔ Fruit : red green yellow
✔ Some Fat from nature : FishIra Bean help absorbing "ADEK" vitamin

Over the last few days ive caught some gigs and caught up with friends I have not seen in awhile. Though conversations were brief it was nice to see many people i havent seen in some time. Even then im not sorry for being a homebody.
Really ive enjoyed supporting family as of late leading up to my sisters wedding in April and thats given me a motivation when my own strength isnt enough. Who knows where I'd be without them.
