I was having a bad day... and was really looking at the world from a festive perspective
I was having one of those days, where you feel like life is just sort of happening to you, you are rushed, time is flying away, feel tired and you can’t seem to see the end, everything feels wrong, off
What do you do then? How do you shift your mindset to focus on the positive instead? What I did, (after being forced to stop by life and a cancelled appointment) I turned to my strongest “mindest-shifter” : Gratitude! .
Through gratitude my entire day changed, my posture changed, I felt at peace with my day, and blessed for everything that was going right, and was able to look at things objectively and from a place of positivity vs negative. In this moment I was able to live my day in the best way possible and truly smile at life. (Vs wanting to complain)
