There is no magic bullet for weight loss—and even if there were, starving your body of vital nutrients wouldn’t be it. A slow change in your eating habits is much safer and the long-term benefits for your physical health are greater.
* If you don't want to go on a diet, read How to Lose Weight Just by Exercising. Just remember that only serious athletes are able to burn off enough calories to be able to enjoy massive indulgences—and even so, they tend not to because it’s hard on the body. Even if you do consume more calories than are recommended for you, be sure that they are nutritious; your heart, brain, muscles, bones, organs, and blood can’t run forever on empty calories.

AMRAP: trata de realizar tantas rodas o repeticiones como te sea posible en un período de tiempo ya establecido.

Las personas que siempre pronuncien su frase favorita “no tengo tiempo” ya no tendrán excusa, así que veamos algunos de sus beneficios *No se necesita mucho tiempo: el tiempo que necesitas para una sesión de AMRAP es muy poco y, además, se puede modelarsegun tus necesidadesytusposibilidades. Por ejemplo entre 20 y 25 minutos *Quemas grasa: los AMRAP, así como los ( entrenamientos HIIT), son muy buenos para la pérdida de grasa, ya que harás llegar a tu cuerpo a niveles máximos. Así que además de ponerte en forma, tu gasto caloríco será mayor *Resistencia cardiovascular y muscular: normalmente si quieres aumentar tu resistencia muscular y cardiovascular debes realizar dos tipos totalmente diferentes de entrenamientos. Pero el AMRAP te ofrece la posibilidad de combinarlos,así que también ahorrarás tiempo. *Crece tu fuerza mental: entrenar bajo presión física hará que aumentes tu fuerza mental ya que necesitarás el 100% de ti para poder acabar el AMRAR

Last Friday I could not lift a load of 150kg. But today I managed to lift that load. I challenge myself beyond the 150kg limit. I added 10kg to a load of 160kg. This time I did not manage to lift it. But It's okay because I believe the failure of today will make me stronger. I can certainly lift that load in the future. 🦍

A banana acaba amadurecendo muito rápido em locais quentes e antes dela ficar ruim para o consumo, eu corto em rodelas e congelo (quanto mais madura, mais docinha 😍).
Congelar fruta é interessante para muita coisa.. Reaproveitamento, evitar desperdício, facilitar várias receitas..⠀

Hoje usei uma banana nanica madura congelada e uma colher de sobremesa de cacau em pó... Bati tudo no processador de alimentos. Geralmente coloco também castanhas e/ou granola. A consistência fica de sorvete. As crianças adoram... 👧👦 saudável e uma delícia! ⠀
Dá para fazer com outras frutas também... morango, manga... hummm!!! 🍌 🍫

This can be an ongoing process and takes intentionality and effort just like any other relationship.

Jose and I went on vacation last week and it was the first time in over a year that we had a FULL 😲 cheat day. Not just a meal in the day, but the full day.

I contemplated and went back and forth for hours before deciding to JUST DO IT🤦. I realized that I was having a fear of food and it was stopping me from enjoying special moments with my fam.

Finally I just gave it up to God and decided you know what.... if this is causing me anxiety there is a problem here. I gave it up to God and asked Him to help me see food and my health in a redemptive way that doesn't bring slavery, but freedom!

You know what??☺️ We had some real darn good food... We enjoyed some Venezuelan food that is close to my husband's heart ( that's where he's from), and we chowed down like there was no tomorrow.

ALL of this to say there has to be balance when we approach food and if you find yourself feeling anxiety, check your heart and dig deeper! 👊 There may just be freedom on the other side. 💕
