2-3 Zuchinnis or squash
1-2 Medium size avocados
the juice of 1 lime
1 serrano pepper or jalapeño (half)
2-3 garlic cloves
handful of cilantro or basil or both
green onions, salt and pepper to taste little bit of water

My version of a simple, super quick ham and cheese omelette 🍽

2 large slices of fresh ham
3 eggs
Grated cheese of your choice
Pepper and salt

Beat the eggs in a bowl, add some milk (optional), pepper, salt and grated cheese
Mix well

Melt some butter in a frying pan, add the slices of ham and fry for a few mins till they start to slightly crunch
Add the egg mix and cook till it starts to set
Separate the egg mix in the middle of the 2 slices of ham (easier to flip this way)
Once most of the egg is set, flip over and cook egg (ham side up) for a few more mins
Once done, simply serve with 2 slices of buttery toast 😍 (and a dollop of ketchup 😁) Enjoy 😊

PAPRIKA CHICKEN 🍗 Just had this and it was so easy to make plus delicious!
Ingredients:
Red onion
Garlic
Smoked paprika
Cumin
Tomato purée
Lemon
Method: 
Fry the onion & garlic for a couple of mins then add the spices. Mix well. Add the chicken & tomato purée with a bit of lemon & water and fry until chicken is cooked - serve with rice & veg! 😍

If you really are a fan of cereals in the morning, you should at least make sure that you select whole grain products which contain minimum 3 g of fibers and less than 10 grams of sugar per serving.

This is a great quote and all but what if the person that makes you feel the most inferior is yourself? Today I was in a Target dressing room I saw my self and just sunk. I felt like I looked terrible and all the hard work I have been putting in to eating right and working out has not done anything. I cried....right there for like 10 mins. Now I am home and crying again.....I hate that I make myself feel this way 😞

Parto del principio que la alimentación tiene que ser balanceada, por eso siempre agregó algo de carbohidratos en el almuerzo.
