Guess who’s back on nights tonight! 🙋🏼♀️ Yep.. lucky me. I’m awake at home now because 1. I have a bad belly ache and 2. I need to go back to sleep at midday so I can get sleep in before work! Boom!
So yesterday I had a 250 cal meal after fasting for 16 hours. Eggies, carrot and cottage cheese (cottage cheese is life just saying). My second meal was #Exante lemon pancakes and they were SOOOO nice! Another yes from me! (Need to work on the circular shape they’re meant to come out like though 😂)... I had a planned date night with my sister, and, although I made sensible choices.. I made some not sensible choices too 🤷🏼♀️!! I was sad for about 30 minutes tops and then I was so over it. I loved every second 😍!! Also, how good is it to work hard all week and then know you have a treat to look forward too! I had: onion soup, steak as shown, and a mix of shared naughty puddings! 😝👅 I also had two red wines and an expresso martini! 🍸 So lots of calories, but that’s ok! I am human you know! However I have got a bad belly now 🤦🏼♀️. Planning a gym session tomorrow, just annoyed it’s not open until 8 and I’m awake from 1am! 🙄.... Exciting news.. I’m getting a baby guinea pig! 👶🏼🍼 DEFINITELY making an instagram account for him or her. Oooo I’m so excited! 🥰😍 Stay tuned!!! .
