Yes, modern living is out of balance with our natural rhythms, but we do have the power to tweak our lifestyle to accommodate our needs and desires. The prospect of not having your caffeine crutch might send your head spinning... but you might find you function fine without it (once you get through the withdrawal symptoms, hehe).
