I did 80 minutes incline treadmill this morning and after my podcast tonight I did a 50 minutes brisk walk enjoying this spectacular sunset and breathing in the intoxicating salty air. WOW! My legs were TREMBLING once I was done with 3 sets. Here is the movement breakdown 👇
•
-> Deadlift with an explosive jump, focus on the spring off the feet.
-> Take a slight "leap frog" back to set the kettlebell in the right anchor position for a swing.
-> Hike the kettlebell and swing it, once the bell hits the top of the swing, drop into a squat.
-> Anchor the bell back down and "leap frog" into the original deadlift position.

24 minute EMOM workout 🏋🏻‍♂️ ⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀
This workout is great for someone not into going to a traditional gym but wants to see results it also caters towards the busy person needing to get a workout done quick but making sure it’s effective ⠀⠀⠀⠀
EMOM - every minute on the minute this means you will complete workout X during the one minute and whatever time left over in that minute is used to rest before starting workout Y
⠀⠀⠀
This is a 4 round EMOM so there are 6 workouts per round, 24 minutes is the goal
But if you are a beginner you may need a little extra rest and time ⠀⠀⠀
Complete W1-W6 for 1 round ⤵️
W1: Dumbbell military Press 12 reps 
W2: leg raises 20 seconds 
W3: Lateral raises  12 reps
W4: Mason twists 30 reps each side (60 total)
W5:dumbbell thrusters 12 reps
W6:kneeling cable crunch 15 reps 
As a flight attendant always on the go I’m not always able to get a full workout in so doing EMOM style or HIIT style workouts I’m able to get a sweat in and boost my metabolism 💪🏽

🔥 Why You're Not Losing Fat 🔥

Let's face it... putting in the time to exercise and eat right is big commitment. A worthwhile commitment, but still takes a lot of energy from you.

This list here is not exhaustive but a good starting point if you're already working out regularly and not seeing results.
.
❌ Focusing on an outcome (you have no control over an outcome)
✔️ Focus on the habits / processes instead, these you have control over. (i.e. exercising 3-4x a week, eating healthy 90% of the time, 6-8 of sleep, etc)
.
❌Eating under 1200 calories (if you're alive right now, you should be eating more)
✔️Focus on eating the right balance of calories and macros for your body and goals. There are plenty of free online tools that can help.
.
❌ Sleeping under 5 hours a night (simply not enough to allow your mind and body to heal)
✔️ Focus on getting to bed at least 15-30 minutes earlier for a couple weeks. This is super important for you.
.
❌ You are STRESSED all the time
✔️ Look, I am a father of 2 and a business owner (I understand stress)... It's very important to learn how to take back control. Begin by practicing 'being present' in every moment. This will help you avoid anticipating the future or re-living the past. You can also practice breathing techniques to get your parasympathetic nervous system back on track (a topic for another post)

But most importantly, stay consistent. You will overcome this... for perseverance is the secret to success.

2️⃣ RDL + squat to lunge 
3️⃣ Hip thrusts with feet elevated on the bench •
