#transformationtuesday for the ABS!!!!! As of tomorrow- we are only a month away from the first day of spring..... which means it’s go time!!! Abs are one of my favorite body parts to workout but they are the hardest to get defined. It’s true what most people say- abs are built in the kitchen! You could do 100 crunches every day your whole life and never have abs. You need to eat healthy, and drink tons of water to help reduce belly bloat. 
Get your butt on the mat, let’s go. 
Swipe left for 10 ab workouts..... do each workout for 1 min, 10 sec rest btw; 3 sets with a min break between each set. •DB Chest Lift with long extended flutter kicks •Elevated (or on the floor) knee to elbow
•Leg up 100 pumps (last 10 secs hold)
•Leg Lifts
•Plank leg slide mountain climbers
•Legs lifted crunch toe touch
•DB Russian Twists
•Plank Knee Taps
•V-ups
•Side Plank Dips (right and left) make sure you mind to muscle in the obliques.

This morning I woke up and had an off day. I just couldn’t seem to get it back on track. But, after killing my workout i feel better and more refreshed than ever!! A good workout can really change your whole mentality and get you back in the positive mindset that you need to be in.

Absolutely died in the gym today and with 3 day leg DOMS the stairmaster wasn’t easy, but never an excuse not to continue to work hard.

Posing session earlier with @phoebehagan_ making sure all my poses are as perfect as they can be. Even on skype it’s so useful and so many improvements can be made without meeting face to face. I know I struggle with finding time to meet face to face working long days and fit everything in.

I need of a new pair of @gluteywear leggings soon because I can’t wear these every single session!!! Just soooo comfy.
