Decided to workout at @planetfitness today with my cousin! 💕

Abs + Legs 👌🔥 Superset:
5, 10, 15, 20, 25 reps
Box step ups
5, 10, 15, 20, 25 reps
medicine ball sit ups

In between sets, I did a little circuit with my cousin —10 around each leg, Seated Squat with kettle bell doing infinity motion between legs and then 10 mountain climbers @jeremysry (I was #dead 😂) •

1 x 45 seconds 
Plank Jacks + Mountain climbers •

1 x 30 seconds each side
Side planks •

1 x 45 seconds 
Russian Twists + Roll Ups •

1 x 60 seconds 
High Knees •

Ended with 4 x 8 Seated Leg Extension 
3 x 8 leg curls
3 x 8 calves extension .

My mum went through quite a bit of trouble to get this vegan cake made for me on the cruise but the chef agreed to make it❤ What a lovely surprise, even if I was embarrassed from the staff singing happy birthday. 
My birthday isn't until next week but my family wanted to have a little celebration bless them🥰

Feels like summer is around the corner even though spring just started 😎 which means workouts + vitamin D 🤙 .

Honestly, I've been having more discouraging training sessions than encouraging recently, but hey it happens; it's all a part of the process. 👣 I'm here just trying to believe that the most discouraging times are actually the times that it's most vital to push through. 🦏 .

Watch half the vid to see when the rower decided to stop working on me 🤦🏻‍♀️ You can't tell, but I was so over it; I was surprised I even finished the workout. Training isn't always great for me either 🤷🏻‍♀️ But at the very least I'm getting a nice tan 😏 .

As if nearly another week has passed 😱🤯 feels like time is flying at the moment!! ...Which is a good thing because I have so much to look forward too for the next couple of months 🤩
Increasing exercise so I can burn more calories daily. 🌞 This weather is making it lush to go out in and workout more so adding evening walks into routine on top of gym 💪🏽(PS sports direct ya need to clean ur mirrors 💩!)

Per la pasta lievitata:⠀

- 400 g di semolato Cappelli⠀
- 220 g di acqua a temp. ambiente⠀
- 20 g di lievito di birra fresco⠀
- 1 cucchiaino di  malto o zucchero⠀
- 1 cucchiaino e 1/2 di sale⠀
- 30 g di olio di oliva⠀
⠀
(Per chi possedesse il bimby Tm5 trovate già la ricetta inserita, basta seguire il procedimento della pizza Margherita)⠀

Per il condimento:⠀

- passata di pomodoro⠀
- origano⠀
- Vegratí bio o altro formaggio vegetale⠀
- viennesi di soia o wurstel vegetale a piacere. ⠀

Iniziate con l'impasto. Attivate  il lievito secco di birra (in un bicchiere d'acqua tiepido con un cucchiaino di zucchero, lasciate riposare 20 minuti) e unitelo a farina, olio, acqua, zucchero e sale. Metti l’impasto ottenuto all’interno di una ciotola in un luogo tiepido della casa avvolto da un canovaccio umido e lascia lievitare fino a quando raddoppia.⠀

Heute bin ich wieder hochmotiviert, ich glaube ich werde noch 5000x darüber nachdenken ob ich nun Kalorienzählen möchte oder nicht. Ich denke ich bleibe dabeo, jedoch werde ich Gemüse und Obst ect. Nich mehr soo strickt abwägen und vieles veruchen zu dchätzen auch verabschiede ich mich vom Intervallfasten, denn dies würde ich sagen ist für Binge Anfällige nicht geeignet. Mab gewöhnt sich an ein riesiges Volumen und hungert so zu sagen. Klat hatte man in der Steinzeit nicht immer zu essen und musste fasten blablabla. Jedoch muss ich sagen ich identifiziere mich jetzt nichtgerade mit einem Höhlenmenschen. Deshalb scheiss drauf. Ich hab auch keinen Bockmehr jeden Bullshit zu glauben und jedem vetfickten rosaroten Programm glauben zu schenken und dafür Geld aus dem Fenster zu schmeissen. Hallo Leute dank dem Internet kann man sich diese Infos gratis besorgen. Es hat halt bicht so geile Namen wie Size zero oder Modernbikinibootcamp aber da bekommt man wenigstens Infos von Menschen mit Muskeln. Es gibt keine Abkürzung macht die Augen auf. Man muss sich einfach mal dem Arsch aufreissen!!!! Ich musste es auch lernen, auf die harte Tour und einfach mal mein Hirn einschalten!

We all have our own passions and ambitions. My long ass days are fun and easy for me because what I am doing are things I love! They are things that motivate me, things I want to get better at. If I were to try and copy someone else’s day I would probably fail and be super unmotivated. If I were to try and copy someone else’s full day of eating because it works great for them, I would probably be very unsatisfied. I know this, cause I’ve tried. I have tried to be someone I am not, time after time. I felt unhappy, unmotivated, and I kept failing.
