Banana oatmeal Pancakes

Makes 2 serving

INGREDIENTS
2 scoop Tone It Up Cinnamon Roll Protein or Tone It Up vanilla protein 
4 Tbsp @califiafarms unsweetened vanilla almond milk or any nut milk of your choice 
1 egg + 1/4 cup or egg whites or 3 whole eggs 
1 mashed banana
2 Tbsp oat flour 
1 tsp vanilla extract
Coconut oil spray

TOPPINGS 
Shredded coconut
Pure maple syrup 
Berries 
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender (I use #myvitamix ) untill smooth.
2. Spray a pan over medium-low heat with coconut oil. Add 1/4 cup of pancake batter and cook on each side for 3-4 minutes.
3. Optional: top with berries, shredded coconut and pure maple syrup.

Poulet thaï curry coco :
▪️3 filets de poulet - 1 oignon - 1 poivron - 1 courgette - 200ml de lait de coco - 2 cas de pâte de curry rouge - ail en poudre - gingembre moulu - sel ▪️Faire cuire le poulet dans un peu d’huile de sésame et de sel jusqu’à ce qu’il soit doré puis réserver. Faire revenir l’oignon avec l’ai et le gingembre. Ajouter le poivron, la courgette et la pâte de curry et laisser cuire jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient tendres. Ajouter le lait de coco et le poulet puis laisser cuire à feu moyen 5-10 minutes. Servir avec du riz.

Buongiorno! Scusate l'assenza, venerdì sera con la palestra, ieri giornata piena dove non ho contato nulla, mangiato il giusto, ma non molto fit, stamattina mi sono alzata con una fame pazzesca! Quindi sono corsa ai rimedi inventando 2 mini mugcake negli stampini usa e getta, una l'ho mangiata subito, e l'altra é li, o la mangio a merenda o stanotte.. vi lascio la ricetta perché merita un sacco, anche se io non sono in grado a far le foto 😅😂 RICETTA 🌻 35 gr farina #prozis gusto frappuccino 🌻 20 gr farina di riso 🌻 10 gr cacao amaro 🌻 30 gr yogurt greco zero grassi 🌻 100 ml albume 🌻 un po di lievito, cucchiaino raso, o se preferite idrolitina + acqua. 
Cuocere a bagno maria per circa 15 minuti. 《Celery root cake》
250 g celery root grated
100g hazelnut powder
4 S.S of olive oil
150 ml of soy cooking cream
3/4 SS of baking powder
250 g of wholemeal flour
1/3 SS of salt

Mix dry ingredients they add the rest and mix well 
Add the mix into a cake mold and cook for 45 min at 180 C 《Cake céleri 》
250g de céleri râpé 
100g de poudre de noisette 
1 cs d'huile d'olive 
150 ml sous cuisine
1 sachet de levure 
250g farine complète 
2 pincées de sel

Mélanger les ingrédients secs, en suite ajouter le reste des ingrédients et mélanger.
Verser dans un moule à cake et enfourner pour 45 minutes à 180 C
