I made a  Low carb enchilada casserole for dinner. Below are the ingredients. I also mixed in my own homemade green salsa for an extra kick to it. It was so delicious and filling! 馃構

HAMBURGUESAS DE CARNE CASERAS (proteina) + PUR脡 DE BATATA (carbohidrato) + una ensaladita fresca y m谩s que completo tu almuerzo馃ぉ馃憣馃徏
Te cuento como hacer las hambur馃懇馃徑鈥嶐煃砃ecesitas:
-200gr de carne magra molida
-cebollita y perejil picado
-4 cdas de salsa de tomate -Condimentos: sal, pimienta y ajo en polvo (lo que tengas en casa y te guste!)
Mezclas todo y con ayuda de tus manos le vas dando forma y directo a la paila previamente calentada y rociada con aceite vegetal, cuando se cocine de un lado das vuelta hasta que se cocine por completo! 
Para el pur茅, herv铆s la batata y al sacar, con ayuda de un cuchillo le sacas la c谩scara y haces pure con 1 cda de queso untable light, pimienta y sal. 
Y listo! A disfrutar馃槏馃憣馃徏

Te cuento como hacer las hambur馃懇馃徑鈥嶐煃砃ecesitas:
-200gr de carne magra molida

馃崺 FRUIT! Strawberries are a great choice and you can eat an entire cup for only about 12 carbs. Take advantage of natural sugars and the nutrients your taking in. Fruit bowls, fruit with yogurt, smoothies. Possibilities are endless! .

. 馃崺 Diet sodas, Zevia zero calorie soda, flavored sparkling waters (Bubly saves me!), crystal light & sweet flavored teas also majorly help my sweet tooth! If you want something less processed, add fruit to your water- sometimes the little hint of sweetness is enough to kick cravings!

. 馃崺 Walden Farms calorie free syrups are my life saver! Waffles and pancakes have been a huge part of my diet and syrup can pile on the calories so these definitely come in handy! Regular, maple walnut & blueberry flavors are great - stay away from the strawberry though unless you liked that gosh awful cough syrup your parents forced down your throat as a child 馃き These syrups are great on everything from ice cream, rice cakes, oatmeal, I even sometimes add it too my coffee for extra flavor.

. 馃崺 Sugar Free jello + FF whipped topping mixed together is simple and definitely conquers my sweet tooth when I really need something super low cal! When I can fit it, I also sometimes add fruit to this and a little bit of a sf vanilla pudding packet to make a fruit salad 馃構 .

. 馃崺 Protein waffles totally come in clutch! I typically use a scoop of flavored protein powder (birthday cake varieties, pumpkin, or snickerdoodle type flavors seem to work best) and mix in roughly 20g egg whites, a tsp baking soda + enough water to get it to my semi thicccc consistency. Throw it in my mini waffle maker and VOILA little pillows of goodness. I typically top these with fruit, ff whipped topping, peanut butter and or sf syrup! .

Nuestro organismo necesita consumir aceites y grasas para crecer y funcionar adecuadamente. 
No hay que olvidar que el  cuerpo utiliza las grasas para obtener energ铆a. 
Pero OJO鉂梕s muy importante ingerir la cantidad recomendada y no sobrepasar los requerimientos diarios.

Ten en cuenta que una cucharadita de aceite, por ejemplo, aporta 45 calor铆as. 
Las grasas tienen el doble de calor铆as por gramo (9 cal) que las prote铆nas y carbohidratos (4 cal). Por lo tanto, comer demasiada grasa puede aumentar las calor铆as en exceso, lo que puede causar ganancia de peso. FATAL鉂 馃槺 si lo que quieres es disminuir esos kilos que tanto te molestan. 鉁擲e recomienda 1-3 porciones de aceites, grasas y semillas al d铆a (1 porci贸n de aceite equivale a 4 cucharaditas) 鉁 Prefiere consumir aceite de oliva extra virgen en crudo. .

Nuestro organismo necesita consumir aceites y grasas para crecer y funcionar adecuadamente.

Pero OJO鉂梕s muy importante ingerir la cantidad recomendada y no sobrepasar los requerimientos diarios.

Ten en cuenta que una cucharadita de aceite, por ejemplo, aporta 45 calor铆as.
Las grasas tienen el doble de calor铆as por gramo (9 cal) que las prote铆nas y carbohidratos (4 cal). Por lo tanto, comer demasiada grasa puede aumentar las calor铆as en exceso, lo que puede causar ganancia de peso. FATAL鉂 馃槺 si lo que quieres es disminuir esos kilos que tanto te molestan. 鉁擲e recomienda 1-3 porciones de aceites, grasas y semillas al d铆a (1 porci贸n de aceite equivale a 4 cucharaditas) 鉁 Prefiere consumir aceite de oliva extra virgen en crudo. .
