🦑 Polpette Squisite di Totani e Pistacchi 😍
Devi assolutamente salvare la ricetta 😎

Il Martedì a casa mia è dedicato al pesce ma cerco di consumarne qualcuno più economico.
Nel fine settimana mi concedo pesce fresco pregiato.
Di solito i Totani li mangio all'insalata o in zuppa con patata e zucchine.
Stavolta volevo cambiare e complice il Burro di Pistacchi appena realizzato ho creato questa ricetta davvero ricca di Gusto e Amore.

Abbiamo accompagnato con Patate al Forno e Insalata Mista.

Per 8 polpette:
🔹250 g di totani puliti
🔹1 uovo
🔹15 g di grana grattugiato
🔹15 g di burro di pistacchi 100%
🔹10 g di succo di limone
🔹scorza di limone
🔹qualche foglia di basilico e menta
🔹pizzico di zenzero
🔹pizzico di curry
🔹sale e pepe
🔹e un mix di avena e wasa grattugiati per compattare (a me ne son serviti circa 50 g)
+ wasa grattugiate per impanare ✔️Ho frullato i totani con l'uovo, burro di pistacchi, grana, menta e basilico. ✔️Poi trasferito in una ciotola ho unito gli altri ingredienti, l'avena man a mano per ottenere un composto abbastanza compatto. ✔️Ho poi messo le wasa grattugiate in un piatto.
Con un cucchiaio ho versato l'impasto nel piatto (circa 45/50 g a polpetta) e con le mani li ho girati nell'impanatura. ✔️Ho rivestito una leccarda con carta forno, vi ho adagiato le polpette e ho infornato per circa 15/20' a 200º. ✔️Serviti con spruzzata di limone, burro di pistacchi (è stata la morte sua 😋) e una salsina fatta con yogurt, sale e curry.

Quando se pensa em óleo de coco a primeira dúvida que surge é: EMAGRECE?
Poderia  resumir dizendo: NÃO, O QUE EMAGRECE É DEFICIT CALÓRICO! Mas vou dissertar um pouco mais sobre 🤓. O óleo de coco 🥥 é fonte de gordura saturada, em sua maior parte o ácido láurico, um TCM (triglicerídeo de cadeia média) que possui alguns estudos que apresentaram melhora na relação LDL:HDL, aumento de HDL e redução de circunferência abdominal. Já em outros aumento da fração não HDL e triglicérides. Outros estudos tem relacionado o ácido láurico com melhora do sistema imune pela liberação da interleucina II, pasmem, o leite de vaca 🥛 também possui ácido láurico (Logo ele tão inflamatório 🤦🏾‍♂️). Por ser fonte de TCM que possui rápida absorção foi muito utilizado em dietas de emagrecimento principalmente aliados ao café com a atribuição de que teria condição termogênica, mas não possui efetividade alguma. 
Vale lembrar que por ser fonte de gordura (9kcal/grama) a troca  por um alimento fonte de carboidrato (4kcal/grama) acaba elevando as calorias da dieta, o que dificultaria a perda de peso.

2 orta boy muz
2 adet 80gr’lık şekersiz bitter çikolata
1 tatlı kaşığı bal
1 fincan parçalanmış badem

Yapılışı 🍧 
Muzları dilimleyip 2 saat dondurucuda bekletin. Donmuş muzları rondoya alın. Bal ekleyip güzelce karıştırın. Muzların alacağı o güzel kıvamı görmelisiniz😉 Daha sonra kalıba koyup 4 saat buzlukta bekletin. Bitter çikolatayı benmari usulü eritip içine parçaladığınız bademleri ekleyin ve donmuş dondurmanın üzerine dökün. 15 dakika kadar buzlukta bekledikten sonra hazır olacaktır🍦 ⭐️ Daha önce evde kendim bitter çikolata yapmıştım. Dondurmayı önce onunla yapmayı denedim ama dondurmanın üzerinde hemen donmadı ve dondurmayı da eritti. Birde damla çikolata ile denedim fakat o da olmadı. O yüzden bu iki seçeneği eledim. Şimdilik en güzeli bitter çikolata ile yapmak sanırım.
⭐️Evde kararan muzları direk dilimleyip buzluğa atabilirsiniz. Yazın bol bol kullanacağız onları 😉

Deshalb dachte ich, kann ich auch genauso gut euch meine Schokodonuts zeigen 😍 inspiriert hat mich dazu die liebe @maddija 💕 ihre sahen neulich einfach so unglaublich lecker aus 😍🤤 Also hier jetzt meine Version der SCHOKODONUTS .
🍩Zutaten (4 Donuts) 
65g Buchweizenmehl
15g Backkakao
5gFlohsamenschalen
15g gem. Mandeln
150g Magerquark
Rumaroma
2 Eier
4g Backpulver
8g Schoko Puddingpulver
15g Schokostreusel
1 EL Ahornsirup
1 TL Zimt
🍩Zubereitung
1️⃣Mehl, Mandeln, Flohsamenschalen, Backkakao, Backpulver, Puddingpulver, Zimt mischen. Magerquark, Aroma, Eier und Ahornsirup hinzufügen und alles zu einem glatten Teig verrühren. Die Schokolade unterheben. 2️⃣ Den Teig entweder im Backofen oder im Dobuteisen ausbacken.

Bei mir gab es als Topping Quark angerührt mit Backkakao, gehobelte Mandeln und Schokostreusel. Ein Donut (ohne Topping) hat 196kcal,19g KH, 12g Eiweiß und 8g Fett

STEP 3: Cashew Cheese( Our dairy alternative)
If you allow diary in your diet- regular ricotta or cottage cheese with work❤️ 1. Soak 2 cups of raw cashews in 3 cups of water for 6-10 hours, then then drain.
2. Place cashews in a food processor or blender and add a whole lemons worth of lemon juice, if the consistency seems to thick add 1-2 Tablespoons of water to the mix.
3. Add a tsp of salt( I use unrefined mineral salt) Any salt will do.

4.Blend until the consistency is slightly lighter then cream cheese.

5. place in a bowl, cover and refrigerator until ready to use. .

Just because you’re trying to eat healthier doesn’t mean you have to say goodbye to French toast! There’s nothing wrong with eggs and bread 🥖🥐 especially when you top it with this no-added sugar berry syrup like I did! It’s super easy to make this PBJ FRENCH TOAST! In a bowl, just mix👇

★1t vanilla★

Then heat up a skillet greased with a little cooking spray or oil. Soak each piece of bread on each side in the egg mixture as long as you like, i do it about 30 seconds because I prefer it nice and eggy🤷‍♀️ Then cool on each side until the edges are golden brown. .

As the french toast is cooking, add some chopped strawberries and blueberries into a small bowl and cook for 1 minute in the microwave. Make sure you have a napkin or lid on it so it doesn’t splatter and make a mess! .

E finalmente giovediiiiii...giornata #zerosbattifit che in questo periodo è più utile che mai! 🤯😱😆 perché anche se le giornate sono incasinatissime la parola d'ordine è sempre e solo una: ORGANIZZAZIONE! Si può mangiare bene anche preparando una colazione in 5 minuti...come? Ecco una ricetta ⤵️
Mescolate 10 gr di cacao con 20 gr di proteine al cioccolato e un po' di acqua fino ad ottenere una consistenza cremosa, aggiungete 80 gr di yogurt greco bianco e 8 plasmon (40 gr) spezzettati!!finita!!! 😋😋😋
PS visto che trovo corretto citare sempre le fonti anche stavolta diamo a cesare quel che è di Cesare 😂!!!! La ricetta è di @gio.personaltrainer ♥️ che ogni tanto ha delle buonissime idee 😆😆😆 ahahha 😘

First let me say that for this meat and potatoes girl, this hasn’t been the easiest of transitions. For crying out loud, I was a bikini competitor & power lifter. I was eating 3-4 oz of meat products at least 5 times a day & also owned a meal prep company with my specialties being flank steak, chicken tenderloin & salmon bites. So you can say that meat was LIFE.

But last year I went through some scary health problems with a pretty serious diagnosis, (Mast Cell Activation Disease,) and my body was a fucking war zone. It was easy to tell just by looking at me bc although I didn’t show much of it on social media, I was falling apart. And the worst was my skin.

So after loads of research, countless dietary efforts and painful remedies that never worked, I knew I needed something drastic. So I ditched the meat & welcomed the plant life.

But as difficult as it’s been, I’ve honestly never felt better physically.

If you’ve been considering going plant based, pescatarian, vegetarian or vegan (yes there’s a difference,) allow me to help sway you on the benefits that at least I personally, have seen.

Eu adoro fazer panquecas gosto de comê-las ao pequeno-almoço, ao lanche e até como snack 😁 tento sempre fazer receitas um pouco mais saudáveis e resolvi partilhar esta que é muito simples com vocês.

INGREDIENTES
* 1 banana madura

* 1 colher de sobremesa de canela

PREPARAÇÃO
1. Misturar os ingredientes todos na liquidificadora
2. Juntar óleo de coco a frigideira, deixar aquecer bem e juntar à mistura deixar cozer bem de um lado Antes de virar
3. Adicionar os toppings eu usei Banana caramelizada, manteiga de amendoim e cocô ralado 😍😘💋 Enjoy!

Rezept für die Frühstückspizza:
◾ 1 reife Banane
◾ 30g Whey
◾ 20g Hafermehl
◾ 5g Backpulver
➡️ Banane zerdrücken und mit den restlichen Zutaten vermischen, in runder Form auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Backblech streichen und bei 180 Grad für ca 10-12min backen
➡️ Beliebig toppen (bei mir mit Magerquark, Geschmackspulver, Kiwi und Maulbeeren)
✔️Ohne Belag 285kcal bei 3,4g Fett, 38,07g Kohlenhydrate und 27,27g Eiweiß

Ich bin jetzt mal ganz ehrlich und muss euch sagen, dass ich zur Zeit selbst überhaupt keine Lust auf Süßes habe, also auch nicht auf Proteinkuchen, Proteinwaffeln usw. 🙈 Also backe ich auch nichts, wäre ja dumm 🤷‍♀️ also bekommt ihr erst mal alte Bilder von mir zu sehen und ich hoffe, dass ich bald wieder Lust drauf habe und euch neue tolle Sachen präsentieren kann 😊
Ich sitze jetzt noch meine Zeit ab bis um 8 und freue mich dann auf meinen Feierabend 😍 heute ist hier in München wieder mal die Sonne zu Gast 😍👌🏼 leider kann ich sie nicht wirklich genießen, ich hoffe, ihr macht das für mich 😊
Rezept für die Frühstückspizza:
◾ 1 reife Banane
◾ 30g Whey
◾ 20g Hafermehl
◾ 5g Backpulver
➡️ Banane zerdrücken und mit den restlichen Zutaten vermischen, in runder Form auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Backblech streichen und bei 180 Grad für ca 10-12min backen
➡️ Beliebig toppen (bei mir mit Magerquark, Geschmackspulver, Kiwi und Maulbeeren)
✔️Ohne Belag 285kcal bei 3,4g Fett, 38,07g Kohlenhydrate und 27,27g Eiweiß

''Just a few short years ago, I was overworked, overstressed, and overweight. I was living in a daze and life was not joyful.

I had already tried diet pills, the no-carb diet, boxed food delivered in the mail, and counting points. I knew that I did not need a temporary diet, I needed a permanent change.
