I enjoy balance in life; eating great food that for me consists of a rainbow 🌈 plate with lots of whole foods but equally I love Ice cream 🍦 and chocolates 🍫 also I like to party 🍸💃🏽😁💁🏾♀️ that’s just me being me enjoying my life 😊
In Turkey, I kept active in a different way to Dubai due to weather differences (too hot 🥵 to run 🏃🏽♀️ and sunbathe for long in Dubai at any hour) so went to the gym more 🏋🏾♀️ and I swam a lot to keep cool whereas in Turkey I did little swimming 🏊♀️ , little weightlifting 🏋🏾♀️ instead I went running a lot 🏃🏽♀️ 🏃🏽♀️🏃🏽♀️🏃🏽♀️ because the views 😍 and the food 😍🤤😂💁🏽♀️ on a serious note my goal on holidays is to simply manage my energy balance, yes I put a little excess body fat on (especially with 2 trips in a month!) but then a slight calorie deficit, back to a structured training plan, good hydration, good sleep 😴 on my return and il soon drop the body fat 💁🏽♀️
