YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE EXTREME, JUST CONSISTENT!!! My approach to fitness is relaxed but serious. Meaning I'm serious about getting results but I'm having fun with it. 
I've done everything gradually, at my own pace and just remained consistent in everything I do. I've gotten stronger without even realising. Maybe one day I'll get to do the extreme stuff I see on the gram🙈. But I  AIN'T  fixing what's not broken just yet.

Pushing Thru This Week
Like It Is 1,500 Pounds

It's getting hotter. Body parts are aching. I'm still cutting. Energy level has its low points. But I'm not giving up.  Might have to dial back on certain exercises and spend more time doing rehab exercises, but I'm still gonna do the same thing.

Don't worry, we re-racked everything and put every single plate back where it belongs. Gotta keep my second home clean 😊. If you are strong enough to put it on the machine, you are strong enough to take it back off when you are done.

Thanks to @norman.martinez and @rivera_noe1 for the push.  Definitely wouldn't have gone as heavy without you guys.

Also thank you @nike for my favorite training kicks -- Nike Metcon 2/3/4 are amazing.  Super durable and dynamic enough to handle whatever kind of training I can toss at them. Can't wait to try the new #Metcon5.

MY FAVOURITE POSE 💙

Why?

This was the pose that just popped for me, it felt natural to do and the transition into it was smooth and best complimented my physique.

As you can see from the photo I am looking up. It was hard to see specifics in the crowd because of the lights but I definitely heard the screaming and shouting from all of our support! I could just make out 2 hands waving at me and knew straight away it was my mum @amanda.dempsey38 and knew that, that was where I made sure to look and smile each time, each pose... The Famous Finger... they said it couldn't be done, "you can't do that on stage" I absolutely did and it was absolutely nice! 👉😂

2 rodajas de piña y el zumo en el que viene (he usado piña enlatada).
1/2 taza de mango congelado.

2 cdas de copos de avena. 
2 cucharadas de Yogurt griego.
🍍 Trituramos todo el la licuadora y/o procesador de alimentos. 
Hasta que no haya trozos de fruta , servimos en un bowl y acompañamos con los toopingns que más nos gustan

Some weeks the goal weight is the same, I mean I’m not superwoman I can’t just increase every exercise every single time 😅 but throughout my raining block there’s a lot of progression that’s made

You can’t just set yourself huge goals to reach in X amount of time from now. You need something to aim for every day. You need something that’s constantly pushing you to get better, do better and be better 🏋🏽‍♀️

Progress comes from being consistent. There’s no secret or magical exercise 🙅🏽‍♀️ consistency is where it’s at! Consistency can get boring, repetition is boring.. Here’s a way to combat that;

Happy Monday!! 🙌💪💞 I'm breaking the flow of my Insta profile temporarily during our one month push up challenge with lots of awesome push up vids. 🙌😎 And Imma ok with this. 😉 Today is Day 6 of our fun #pushupchallenge! Mah kick A #ZGYM sisters @keemimytrainer and @nicole.bunting are getting things done!! 🔥🔥💪💪 Because I had already recently done the Summer Shred workout scheduled for today in the ZGYM, I did the SUMMER SHRED # 17X workout instead. There happened to be this particular push up workout (and it came with exactly 6 reps! 🙊🙌) with "smart bells" that I decided to use it towards our 6 push ups for today. Swipe left ⬅ to see the whole thing. And holy freaking moly... The garage felt SO hot! It was 104° outside, and there I was cooking in the garage like a maniac! 🙉😂 But Hades or not, it was worth it!! I don't know if what I'm saying is coming through clearly over the fan (which really wasn't doing much, because it was just blowing super hot air 😬😵), but here is the breakdown of the pushups if you want to give it a try: ⁣
