I’m not perfect. I won’t pretend to be. I’m not completely shredded. I have fat and cellulite. I don’t eat completely healthy every single day, but I do my best. There are days when I’m not completely positive and when I don’t love the body looking back at me in the mirror. But that’s okay!
Because every time I step on the mats to train or even to teach, I give it all I have. Every insecurity, negative comment, or issue on my mind melts away while I focus on sculpting and shaping my body. Just 3 short months ago I gave birth to my beautiful baby girl and since I’ve watched my body re-shape in unimaginable ways, but I’m still pushing for more.
As your coach, I won’t lie to you. I won’t pretend to be something I’m not. I’m real, raw, and open. This is my fitness journey and it’s not better than anyone else’s. Everyone is in their own place, their own journey. It’s beautiful, unique, and much different from mine. It gets hard and tiring, but keep pushing, fighting, and kicking ass!
