200 ml de bebida vegetal ó láctea (yo de coco) 🥥
3 cucharadas de aceite de coco 🥥
Chips de cacao para decorar 🍫

Fundir en un cazo el chocolate, la bebida elegida y el aceite de coco, cuando esté líquido añadir el azúcar de coco,  la harina de almendra poco a poco mientras se va dando vueltas para que integre bien, cuando esté templado añadir los huevos batidos, todo al molde con los chips de cacao por encima y al horno a 170 grados unos 40 minutos ó hasta que salga el palito seco 👌
Usé el chocolate de @chocolatesvalor al 85% 🍫

Сейчас часто искажается истинное значение ПП. Особенно в интернете. СМИ, и зачастую горе-тренера(с сертификатами за 1-2дня), являются самыми главными распространителями диетических мифов и  обычный человек наслушавшись таких «специалистов» становится жертвой домыслов и вредит своему здоровью.  Рассмотрим типичные ошибки псевдо-ПП, которые могут вам навредить. 
1. Ошибка номер один — убирать жиры в рационе в ноль. 
ППэшики обычно едят все обезжиренное и животных жиров боятся как огня, но зато обязательно добавляют ложку оливкого масла, потому что «полезно». Хотя чем отличается оливковое масло от обычного подсолнечного они не знают. Так же как и не знают чем именно вредны животные жиры. 
Страх жиров в среде ПП необоснован. Давайте обратимся к нормам жиров, исходя из медицинских рекомендаций. «Жиры обеспечивают снабжение организма жирорастворимыми витаминами (Е, D, К и А) и незаменимыми жирными кислотами (линолевая кислота). Примерно 25-30% энергии поставляется с жирами пищи (1/3 составляют незаменимые жирные кислоты; А), хотя это соотношение может меняться в соответствии с потребностями организма (примерно на 40% при тяжелой мышечной работе).» — говорит нам учебник физиологии. 
То есть девушке весом 50 кг и при калорийности в 1500 ккал на жиры приходится 30% — 50 г жиров. 50 г — это не 0. Не нужно боятся жиров. И если вы создадите сильный дефицит жиров — это может навредить вашему здоровью в долгосрочной перспективе. Нужно контролировать количество жиров в рационе, и просто держать в рекомендуемом диапазоне 25-30% от общей калорийности.

The weather in the west has been a bit firm in it's apparent determination to be cold as an ice box....yep that's frost on that window and the rooftops and grass all had a good solid layer of frost on them as well. We are surrounded by many mountains covered in snow☃️⛷️❄️So of course the flu and the trendiest cold have been going around adorning my co-workers and catching on faster than the stylish legging craze. And I have been dodging it all by sucking down lemon water, every tea from our herb garden and greens greens greens. Oh I should probably start sharing what I've been eating huh? Well I can say it's working. I felt my throat getting scratchy over the weekend I managed to get out of the sickness ditch without any scrapes or scratches. I can't sing the praises of kale, collards, and dark lettuces enough.... 🙋🏾‍♀️hallelujah! I'm free from disease and pestilence!  No sickness formed against me from children that don't wash their hands long enough in the public restroom shall prosper!!💃🏾💃🏾 #keepyochildsdirtyfingersofferrythanginthestore

Fundament der Thai-Massage ist das ayurvedische System der 72.000 Energielinien (nadis), von denen in der Thai-Massage zehn (sip sen – สิบเส้น) bearbeitet werden. 
Über diese Energielinien, auf denen die sogenannten Marmapunkte (Energiepunkte) liegen (im japanischen Shiatsu als Akupressurpunkte bekannt), wird der Mensch nach ayurvedischer Lehre mit Prana (Lebensenergie) versorgt. 
In den Dehnpositionen der Thai-Massage verbraucht die Muskulatur Sauerstoff und der Mensch wird angeregt, tiefer zu atmen.
