Went balls to the wall too many times this week and now icing my bad boy hamstrings and taking anti flams and plenty of rest.
I am still learning to understand my body more. What triggers me and what I need to roll out.
Please avoid overtraining. I know that is hard but really doing a crazy leg session as well as conditioning games and shooting to max is probably not a good idea.
