I don't stay close to ripped all year long, I love eating food😂, and you guys should also eat, don't Starve yourself just to maintain a certain body image.
Yes you can maintain it in a healthy manner, but just as you slowly cut calories make sure you gradually increase them after your diet to minimise fat gain.✌🏻
Started at 86kgs on 9th April but I forgot to click a photo that day lol, and ending this mini cut at 83.5kgs💪🏻
2,200 calories, 30mins cardio almost everyday. Not following any extreme approach, happy with the progress I made.
