Not gonna put macros to scare you, but remember those are good fats!☝🏻

Macros are pretty much depending on peanut butter, I got this from @olimp_sport_nutrition which is my favourite one for some time already (100% peanuts and no additives)

Ingredients:

🥜350g peanut butter
🥜2 tb.sp. honey
🥜180 g oat flakes (1/2 blended)
🥜70% dark chocolate for coating
.
Preparation is also a piece of cake.Blend half of oat flakes, mix all ingredients (except chocolate) and let rest for some minutes (so that rolled oats would soak a little bit).Bake in 180C degrees for 20-25 minutes.Let them cool down and then dip each in fused dark chocolate and cool down overnight.

Come ho iniziato questo amazing percorso verso il ritrovamento della mia forma fisica?
Ragazzi, mettetevi l'anima in pace, si inizia sempre con un bel #detox
🗨Durante i primi 9 giorni ho intrapreso un programma #Easydetox, per ripulirmi da tutto il junk-food e ripartire con il #fitness con il piede giusto!
✅Sono partito da un basso apporto calorico, facendolo risalire gradualmente.
Vi do qualche indicazione sul percorso: 💬A stomaco, vuoto 30 minuti prima di ogni pasto due softgel di garcinia (estratto naturale della buccia di un frutto con proprietà blocca fame)
🗯A colazione poi un therm x mantenere alti i livelli di energia e tenere alto il metabolismo e un bicchiere di succo di pura Aloe Vera x supportare il benessere dell’intestino e l’assorbimento dei nutrienti
🗨A metà mattina una bustina da 5g di fibre
💬A pranzo garcinia, e dopo 30 min Aloe, therm e uno Shake di #Proteine vegetali (Non ho mai aspettato con tanta ansia un #ProteinShake)
🗯La sera garcinia, Aloe e un piatto di verdura cruda o cotta a piacere!
Quindi NO a caffeina, teina, carboidrati, alcolici e sale… si inizia con una bella pulizia del corpo.

Jsou dny, kdy si myslíte, že to ani nemůže být lepší 🤔 ... Pak přijde druhá zkouška a dopadne to naprosto luxusně 😍 . Víte, tento týden semnou startuje takový Malý-Velký plán... 😎 Více kdyžtak řeknu v dalším příspěvku. 😊 Nicméně tento koláč jsem dělal v podstatě už minule se zlatým klasem a těsto bylo fajn. Ovšem toto je ještě lepší a to stačila jedna změna ingredience... Poznáte, která to je ? 🤗
Recept -
Korpus: 150g hladké mouky
1 vejce S (45g)
85g 0,5% tvarohu @tatramleko 
2 lžičky stévie s erythritolem 
Krém - 150g 0,5% tvarohu @tatramleko 
100ml 1,5% mléka 
10g čoko-pudingu @droetker_cz 
Trocha rum.aroma @droetker_cz 
Sladidlo 
Postup - dortovou formu o vel. 18cm (používám vždy) si lehce ubrouskem vytřeme řepkovým olejem. Ingredience na těsto dáme do jedné mísy a vypracujeme hladké a dobře zpracovatelné , prakticky nelepivé těsto, které vmačkáme do formy tak, aby byly vyšší okraje. Následně upečeme v troubě po dobu cca 25-30 minut na 180°C. Takto lehké těsto rádo vyskakuje, tak vnitřní korpus můžete zatížit suchými fazolemi :) (například) . Po upečení necháme vychladit, uvaříme puding, smícháme s tvarohem, osladíme a vylijeme do korpusu. Celý dort necháme vychladit. Dobré defacto Zdravé pochutnání!
