2️⃣Kettlebell Hip thrusts( Keep chin close to neck)
3️⃣Cable side kicks
4️⃣Cable side kick to squat

After a couple of weeks break I was back at the park run this morning and did my second best time of 27’56 🏃🏻♀️😌⠀
Two weeks or so ago I injured my left foot by having my laces tied too tightly on a longer run- my tendons swelled up and it was super painful 😫 crazy how something so small can cause a problem but grateful that it’s finally settled down and I can run pain free again 😌⠀
Looking forward to a weekend outside in the sun- didn’t think I’d be saying that in February!⠀
