So this is where I was at this morning, tbh I felt a lot worse than I apparently look because I've not only fallen off my bandwagon this past week or so, I ran off in the opposite direction too!
Which tbh is the main reason I started this page, because if the online world can see what I'm eating them I'm more likely to eat good things...
So I got up this morning, hopped on my fancy shmancy scales (bought from @aldi_ireland ...you'll all learn soon that literally everything I buy is either off Amazon, from Aldi, or out of a charity shop😂😂) and took me some nice "before" pics, which I pair with some "after" pics further down the line.
But anyway! Measurements and what not:
73.6kg worth of me in this photo -29.7% muscle -40.1% fat -41.2% water
My waist was 31.5", belly about 40.5" and my bum was a nice round 43" 😂
I'd also like to take this time to say; BEFRIEND YOUR MEASURING TAPE!!! I've always picked my tape over my scales, only taking weigh ins mainly every few weeks... because when I was quite a lot fatter and first started my journey way back when I noticed my weight would fluctuate or stay close to the same but I was less and less on the measuring tape every time I checked!
