Climbing to new peaks 🏔 
Back at the climbing centre working on my dexterity and grip strength 💪🏽 I really enjoy climbing, the challenge is amazing and it’s soooooo satisfying completing a course that you find hard to start with, like the one in this vid!! I also like the logic behind climbing, having to plan the route and know which leg goes where and which arm should go for which handhold!! Gets the brain working as well as the body and then chuck in the fear factor and you’ve got a pretty intense workout all round!! I’m incorporating lil activities like this as an addition to my usual training split - I still got in a volume leg day this morning, a bit of GVT to start (10 sets of 10 squats) followed by some other compound lifts and a bit of HIIT to finish 🏋🏽‍♀️ Getting lots of cardio in at the moment and really trying to work on my weak spots (aka endurance running) because I wanna be a bit more well-rounded with my fitness ya know...it ain’t all about growing the booty 🍑

Routine is so important in a fitness journey because without consistency then you will not reach your goal! 🔥
If you want something then you must make it apart of your lifestyle in order for it to become apart of you 😌
For a long time I hadn’t made fitness apart of my routine and for ages I was never happy with myself and I couldn’t progress anywhere 😭
But this all changed when I realised that to change what I wanted and to achieve what I wanted then I must learn to be consistent! 💥
And it’s paying off because today I felt the leanest I have ever felt, it may not look like anything to anyone else but to me I knew that I am! 💪🏻
I feel proud to have achieved something that I have always wanted and that I can push myself to keep going and also to know that what I am doing is actually working 😂
