I just spent three days massively over indulging. The reason I can do this is the way I see food that may be different to others. A lot of people will hate themselves for overeating and spiral downwards, thinking something like "oh well I've already eaten bad now, I may as well just keep going". But this is the way I see it... food is fuel. If you consume more fuel that's fine, so long as you burn that fuel. You wouldn't fill up your car if you're not planning to use the whole tank would you? I had three days of three course meals, when I got back, I smashed the gym. I don't see this as "punishment" but and opportunity to use all that fuel and push myself even more than usual. -

Weight loss really is quite simple science. Energy in vs. energy out. Just think about that next time you have a big meal. Don't punish yourself, USE IT. -

Heres my belt... i got this when we went on a little family to cornwall 9 months ago 👪 i was using the hole on the left when i got it... since then i have had to make new ones myself cos of weight loss. I dont often realise how much ive lost but today i had to make a new hole on the right. Im not perfect but id say im doing alright. 👌🏻💪🏻

Wir hatten einen mega Spaß bei unserem Shooting und alle Motive sind im Kasten.📸

Nach 6 Stunden shooten an 8 Sets für die Kampagne bin ich jetzt ordentlich k.o., aber auch stolz, dass ich bald das Magazin mit der kompletten Fotostrecke in Händen halten kann. .
