PSA!!! I’m not a nutritionist (and I actually don’t celebrate Easter; more of a “fun fact” 😎), but a large piece of my business is built around moderation. We don’t live in a very “moderate” culture, and many of us have NOT been taught great moderation when it comes to food. The crash diet, indulge/punish cycle is real, and it’s damaging. Newsflash - one day (or even one weekend) isn’t going to make a difference AT ALL in the grand scheme of your life. The choices you make afterward (physically and mentally) are what’s important.
