The Chicago Bears will cut kicker Cody Parkey.
This move will come at the start of next season, which is March 13.
Parkey is signed through 2021, so the Bears will have to pay $3.5 million in guaranteed money.
Cody Parkey made 23/30 (76.7%) of his field goals in 2018, but missed the game winning field goal against the Eagles that eliminated the Bears from the playoffs.
Parkey finished 3rd worst in the NFL in terms of field goal percentage this year, only doing better than Dan Bailey and Chris Boswell.
He will go down in infamy in Chicago for the missed FG against the Eagles.
