Glorious evening beautiful people! I pray congratulations are in order to either a goal completed, or near completion.

Today I was reminded how passion & purpose create immersion. I was up at 0530hrs. After my morning Taijiquan and reading I got to work. The experience of immersion took me outside of time.

It seemed as if an instance passed and then it was 1200hrs (I only knew that because my meal alarm went off). Another instance passed and it was evening.

I was so immersed in my work that the day passed at lightspeed. In that immersion I was able to build a 12 page website with ecommerce integration and listen to the audiobook "Your First $100Million" by Dan Pèna.

I tell you that to say that you should seek immersion in your passion & purpose as much as possible. 
I also had a great training session minus those hellish burpees with tuck jumps. Now it is time to eat and enjoy the evening. Until next time noble Kings and magnificent Queens.

Not gonna lie. Today was rough. I was on the struggle bus. This morning I did my workout, but barely. So this afternoon I decided to get out of my funk and do a quick 30 minute workout. And I feel soooooo much better!!⁣

In honor of Summer Smash starting up today, I’m throwing it back to #summersmash2017.

I remember trying to get tickets. I got lucky and had some time between sessions and I sat there hovering over the computer waiting for tickets to go live. One of the most nerve racking experiences of my life!

It was worth it though! Summer Smash was one of the best experiences of my life, and it only solidified why I’m proud to say #iam1stphorm. The culture is unlike any other. So many people from all over that don’t even know each other getting together and acting like they’ve been lifelong friends was amazing!

To those of you going this year, enjoy it! I’ll live vicariously through you while I’m enjoying my cruise. 😉

Giusto qualche vena!!😎😎
Sono molto soddisfatto della qualità muscolare ben evidente che di giorno in giorno migliora sempre di più. Sono più di 2 mesi che porto avanti il regime alimentare svolgendo il carico e scarico dei carboidrati. 
Da quest'anno ho voluto provare a fare 5 giorni di scarico e 2 giorni di carico inserendolo nel weekend dove mi posso permettere di esagerare un po' di più. 
Devo dire che mi trovo molto bene e i muro muscoli reagiscono benissimo a questo protocollo alimentare.
Voglio darvi degli aneddoti che a me fanno fare la differenza,spero che anche a voi se messi in atto vi possano dare giovamenti.
1) BERE ACQUA
 io bevo in questo mese dai 7/8 litri di acqua al giorno. Questo mi permette di essere sempre idratato soprattutto quando fa caldo e poi mi aiuta a drenare. 
2)NO FRITTI
quando sono in fase di cut evito tutto ciò che è fritto x non alterare innanzitutto le calorie,ma x tenermi più pulito possibile. 
3) PROTEINE NOBILI 
quando inizio la fase di definizione utilizzo quelle poche fonti proteiche che ormai da anni consumo e ottengo risultati sorprendenti che sono:
Uova 
Merluzzo 
Pollo 
Tacchino 
Tonno 
Proteine in polvere 
4) INTEGRARSI 
Quando si esegue una dieta ferrea,essendo in ipocalorica si va in carenza x quanto rigurda le vitamine,sali minerali e aminoacidi. Io utilizzo: creatina,arginina, glutammina,vitamina C,multivitaminico. 
5) CAFFÈ AMARO 
prima di cominciare l'attività fisica io bevo un caffè senza zucchero,aspetto 10 minuti che incomincia l'effetto ed inizio ad allenarmi.
6) ATTIVITÀ AEROBICA 
se volete maggior dettagli muscolari sul vostro fisico dovete inserire del lavoro cardiovascolare. Molte volte solo con la dieta non si ottiene quella definizione che tanto cerchiamo,allora bisogna accellerare il processo inserendo del cardio.Questo vi permetterà di bruciare di più aumentando il vostro metabolismo.

A transformation picture , haven't done one in a while & I was looking at this picture because my sister sent it to me . To be honest I dont remember being that big...

I use to wear big flowy dresses to hide everything..I wore black or dark clothes so it wasnt noticeable.. now I'm I wearing sleeveless shirt, dress...every color of clothes..because now I'm confident.. sometimes I do feel like I'm big from my broad shoulder..but its whatever 🙄🙄 ..

Anyway I don't know where I was going with my story time...believe in yourself..you dont like the way you look or feel ..maybe it's time for a change.. change is good. Change will be a challenge.  Accept the challenge. 💪
