Aber wir müssen auch auf diese Signale hören. Sie akzeptieren. Und dann - was mir am schwersten fällt - unserer Intuition folgen anstatt unserem Kopf. Deine Intuition wird dir immer sagen, was richtig für dich ist. Aber wenn du deinem Kopf, der dir sagt was du alles tun/leisten/sein musst, mehr Aufmerksamkeit schenkst, kannst du so viel Yoga üben wie du willst und trotzdem nicht in Balance sein. 
Erlaube dir also zu vertrauen. Vertraue deinem Körper und deiner Intuition und dann genieße das Gefühl, dich wirklich von ihnen leiten zu lassen. 😊💛

Selfcare food. One could think: I do a lot of yoga so I care for myself. But sorry guys, it’s not that simple. 😉 Of course yoga helps to become more aware of your body, your feelings and your needs. But at the same time you have to listen to the signals of your body. You have to accept. And then - the hardest part for me - follow your intuition instead of your mind. Your intuition will always tell you what is right for you. But if you pay more attention to the mind that is telling you what you should do/achieve/become to be enough, you can practice yoga everyday and still not be in balance. 
Allow yourself to trust. Trust your body and your intuition and enjoy the feeling of being genuinely guided by them. 😊💛

Speed-wise a terrible #morningrun! 😭The slowest I have run in ages!  But my legs felt heavy and I was really exhausted somehow.  But it was nice to enjoy the sunshine,  see the dog having a good sniff around and the kid was in a good mood,  too,  and enjoyed himself. Still,  another 9km completed!  Let's hope the rest of the week will be better.  Have a good start into the week!

You and I and everyone can experience a life filled with joy, abundance, success and fulfillment BUT your mindset will determined to what extent you experience these. Negativity surrounds us. Negativity will try poison your mind. Life will relentlessly throw curveballs at you on your life’s journey. It is how you react and counteract this that matters. You must work on your mindset daily. You must make it stronger and stronger. 
You must create a mindset focused on success and happiness and with a strong defense to challenge and negativity. 
Make daily mindset training part of every day. Like your body it needs to be fed and what you feed it determines its level of health and vitality.
