This is the time of year where everyone’s looking for that quick fix for underarm flab. The suns out, we want to wear tank tops and swimsuits, but we freak out and shy away from wearing what we WANT because we hate our arms. .
. 
While I don’t have a quick fix (you wouldn’t benefit from that anyway😬), I do have some tips. .
.
So how do we hit this area? Like I’ve said many times before you can’t “spot correct” fat, but we can do exercises to target those tricky areas. IMPORTANT FACT is that you don’t have to do ONLY tricep-specific workouts to hit the underarm. .
.
If you have good form and range of motion in other upper-body exercises (bicep curls, bentover rows, shoulder presses...the list goes on) your triceps engage throughout the entire move, therefore unintentionally (or really, intentionally) get strong and lean! 💪🏼

If you workout at home, you can TOTALLY achieve this too without weights. You can do regular chest pushups, tricep push-ups, dips (on a bench, chair, stair), and planks! Don’t let the fact that you don’t have a gym membership be an excuse...you can do this too! ☺️

Why do my muscles feel sore after exercising? Sore muscles after physical activity, known as delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS), can occur when you start a new exercise programme, change your exercise routine,  increase the duration or intensity or workout harder than you did the day before! So take the time to stretch and remember why you are doing it and how much stronger you are at that point than you were the day before.

They're so much fun and COMMITTED!! 9am class tried out the new step workout I just got certified in Transform Live. Both of my classes loved it!! After 30 min of that we worked put to Core Fe Force. My classes enjoy that format a lot always asking for it! Tomorrow I'll be teaching Transform Live again for my 5am along with another cardio workout. I have a 9am class in Nampa all weights and 10 booty and ab workout. You may think my gosh shes crazy.
