A friend of mine the other day was retelling a story of how her girlfriend was saying some “new” health stuff that @therock was saying...her reply, ”so we’re listening to what the rock has to say?” 😂
I get it...you see these success stories of people losing weight, getting buff, getting rid of histamine, pain, arthritis, cancer...and you figure you can maybe do what they did and get the same results 🤷🏻♀️ WRONG! You don’t know if that person was seeing a certified practitioner along their journey, a doctor or a program! If that person is not qualified to give you advice, take it with a grain of salt. You are not the same person! Sure whole30, keto, Paleo, whatever will maybe get you off of chips and chocolate, which is a good thing- but it’s about changing your lifestyle, not just hopping on whatever is on the trend train. .
