mile reps..i've always struggled with them except on a treadmill, probably cause the machine keeps the pace, not me. Generally I start too fast, feel like shit, see the pace sag, think about how long a mile is, and then wuss out. But I'm fighting back against mental fatigue!!
I only had 2 miles today, followed by a couple 800s. It was windy AF. Felt like resistance intervals within the intervals! But I completed them all as planned!!!! And my partner Christy ran her longest distance today!!! Proud if you girl!!!!!
