Gazillion thanks to @sitti_rokayah for the facility, my ever supportive,loving and caring husband for the ever relieving muscle massage you gave me every night when my whole body was aching and ofcourse appreciation for MYSELF for hanging on even the weighing scale is not in my favour,sometimes the excruciating pain after each session or the dreadful feeling when my earphone is not fully charged when I arrived at the gym 😂

Here’s fun fact, from 2014-2015, 63% of Australian adults were considered overweight or obese. That is approximately 11.2 million people. This is an increase of 6% since 1995, and now in 2019 that number is probably even higher still. 
Why does this matter?

Because obesity is a quick way to shorten your lifespan. From the diagram above you can see how many conditions can be caused by obesity. Type 2 diabetes is a big one, contributing to 10% of all deaths in 2015 and an estimated 5% of the population suffering from it.

How can we prevent this?

It’s simple, frequent exercise and proper nutrition will do wonders to your health. By simply reducing body fat and eating the right foods you can drastically lower the risk of not only diabetes but most chronic illnesses. 
There is a long list of benefits provided by frequent exercise, here are just a few:
• Lowers blood pressure
• Reduces harmful cholesterol and triglycerides
• Regulates blood sugar
• Improves insulin sensitivity
• Strengthen bones and muscles
• Reduces anxiety

If you want the best out of life, you need to take care of yourself. Stop over-eating and under-moving and start making your health a priority!
