I was asked to post my shoulder workout so here it is!
- weighted shoulder side raises 15x4 each arm
- Arnold dumbell pushes SS - Dumbell shoulder front rises SS
Both exercises in superset one after another, 15x4
- cable face pull 20x4
- upright barbell row 20x4
And thats is! 🤗❤️ its a real killer for your shoulders I must admit lol
