Because I haven’t really posted much recently, especially fitness related. 
I’ve been properly back into training for a few weeks now and feeling a lot better for it. With no pressure to make myself go, I’ve been training 3/4 times a week which I’ve found is my perfect balance. 
Focussing on some heavy leg days but wanting to gradually build up more upper body strength so need to find a way to train back and arms and actually enjoy it 😂😫 •

Because I haven’t really posted much recently, especially fitness related.
I’ve been properly back into training for a few weeks now and feeling a lot better for it. With no pressure to make myself go, I’ve been training 3/4 times a week which I’ve found is my perfect balance.

KEEP PUSHING , KEEP GRINDING ON WHATEVER YOUR CRAFT IS !! >>>> 😤😤😤😤 Mixing up sumo and conventional deadlifting is good. I think it’s important to train both for a period of time . I do prefer sumo just because as a hockey player I’ve felt stronger in that wider stance position . But I’ve trained conventional  the last 7 months consistently at first it was a bit weird but after a few weeks I started feeling good about it . It’s important to have an open mind in fitness . Whether you a powerlifter or a body builder or a strongman consistently learning is the key to perfecting something. YOU ARE NEVER TO GOOD TO STOP LEARNING. -

La menopausa è una condizione fisiologica per tutte le donne, e arriva tra i 45 e i 55 anni.
L'attività ormonale viene stravolta, provocando non pochi problemi (vampate di calore, osteoporosi, sovrappeso, patologie muscolo-tendinee, irritabilita', depressione).
L'esercizio fisico rappresenta un valido aiuto per contrastare gli effetti della menopausa, soprattutto la pesistica, il Pilates, o attività di tonificazione. Mi permetto di consigliare di evitare salti, o attività musicali troppo energiche!

first week of training finished, I’m barley alive but I’m loving every second of it. Benching was a bit iffy today, I’d say it was mainly fatigue, did 90kg 2 reps, 77.5 6 reps 4 sets, went over to deadlifts, did 155kg 6 reps 4 sets, I forgot to breathe on one of the reps hence why I stopped to breathe lol... Finished it all up with accessories etc. Over all new block of training is godly, just a few more tweaks and adjustments and we good to go 🔥
