Today was going to be an active recovery day, but I took inspiration from today’s @comptrain.co with an adapted workout and will be resting tomorrow ahead of Saturdays “19.1” attempt.

Training the gysmnastics basics 3x/week. I haven’t been doing much fancy stuff lately. I do my major lifts 2x/week, I do  a 15 min 3x/week handstand program where I am not allowed to stand on my hands yet 😛, a muscle up program where I do rotator cuff and pull/push work and a met con type wod 1-2 times a week. I have to fit my training into an hour as of late (and into 30-40 minutes this week), so basics it is. #training #gymnastics #crossfit #coach #crossfittrainer @crossfitkaunas
