減量末期は毎日いろいろ試行錯誤してバルク期と大幅にトレーニングルーティーンが違います。

自分の増量期は、多種目/3~5セットで自分が満足するまでやるハイボリュームメニュー。
.
減量初期から中期に関してはまだパワーがあるのでそこまで変化はありません。
.
減量末期は、3~5種目(部位による)/2~3セットで組んでます。1セット毎の強度を保つ為にこうなりました。

有酸素運動に関してもいろいろ試してますが、ここ最近まで早朝45~60分。トレーニング直後45~60分で朝晩2回やってました。
今日から残り17日ですが、一旦トレ後の有酸素をやめて朝だけに切り替えて様子を見ようと思います。
自分の中でのアナボリックフェーズとカタボリックフェーズを使い分ける狙いがあります。

有酸素をする、しない、食事のカロリー設定、内容、タイミング、全て人によって違うので全部自分で試してみて判断してます。
1番良くないのは「あの選手がやってたから~」とか「この方法が正しいらしい」という理由でそれが正解と決めつけてやる事。真似して試すのはもちろんOK。
トレーニングのフォームやボリュームも全て同じことです。
自分も何回もチャレンジして自分にあった方法を見つけます。

So it's about an hour since I finished my arm workout but the heavy weight was taunting me. I had turned the lights off (putting my boys to bed) and had cooled down and de-adrenalized (is that a word?, it is if I say it 😋) buuut I just had to slap some 10's on top of the 45's to hit the one wheel (135lbs). Wasn't the cleanest rep I've ever done and I wouldn't expect it to be having done it cold with no warm up and fatigued from doing two workouts already today (I do calisthenics most the day and weights at home or in a gym) but the iron went up.. That's all that mattered to me. All I can say is I put in WORK today!! Lol I’ll be honest at first I wanted to leave because the gym was just way too packed and I already know people start looking at me and it distracts me from what I have to do but I finally got out of my damn head and did my thang!!!! Lol and it turned out to be a GREAT workout and so fart the sweatiest I have ever been! I almost soaked my whole shirt! 😂😂😂 This process it tough sometimes but when you get over a little hurdle it feels so good! I just got to keep doing ME!! The last week has pretty much involved me sleeping, eating soup & watching Netflix..... because i got SICK. And although social media is an awesome tool to find motivation for the gym & connect with others, it can also be your worst enemy. At-least for me 😭 •

While in bed the past week, scrolling on social media because so negative because all I would see is people killing it in the gym and rocking their day... meanwhile I was in bed coughing up a cold. •

Moral of the story: Don’t feel bad, don’t feel behind & DONT compare yourself to what you see others doing from social media. At the end of the day, we’re all at different stages in our lives, dealing with different things & so each and every one of us needs to be doing different things... just because one person is getting a six pack of abs & you’re still trying to figure out what works for you in the gym, ITS OK.

I’ve been at the gym but I haven’t had any motivation to post. 
I had 2 epic cheat days and I already feel the fat in my belly 😩 
Yesterday’s menu consisted of: 
1 caramel frap
3 kolaches
2 chocolate cake donuts
1 bowl of cereal
4 slices of pep pizza
4 wings 
3 servings of banana pudding 
1 chicken sandwich 
1 bag of popcorn

These incredible women led the weekend for our team.
@nat_herostrength set the stage by securing the highest wilks in the team over the weekend, and won best women’s JR lifter! She set records in every single lift.
JR Bench State Record
National JR total record
Open & JR World Records on both Squat and Deadlift.
Meet PR’s on bench & deadlift, and a huge 20lb PR on her squat of 275lb to secure a nice 50lb total PR!
@jessicaaadoan overcame a prep full of set backs, breaks, and under eating and still broke 300lb in comp for the first time with a 303lb squat for a PR! She also easily matched her all time bench PR with plenty in the tank and nearly hit an all time deadlift PR!
@cbootran hit all time PRs on both bench and deadlift, and added 30lb to her total.
She also set the Bench JR World Record at 176lb and State JR Deadlift records with a 370lb Deadlift (34lb PR)!
@dropitlikeassquat hit all time PR’s on squat (375lb) and bench (203lb), broke 200lb on bench for the first time in comp, and set the State JR Bench Record in the process!
As well she put on a deadlift performance we won’t soon forget 😂
Congrats to all you incredibly strong ladies! Thank you girls for trusting me to be your coach and being such great representatives of Hero Strength on and off the platform. I couldn’t be more proud of you all!

I figured a lot of y’all know almost nothing about me except that I love to complain about my back injury LOL soooooo here’s 10 cool (at least I think they’re cool) facts about me 🙂⁣

1. I can fall asleep in like 10 seconds. Literally all I have to do is lay down for a few seconds and I’m gone. It’s honestly a blessing because I’ve never experienced having trouble falling asleep 😴👌🏼⁣

7. I am a morning person. I love waking up and getting things done while everyone else is still sleeping 💤 ⁣

8. I’ve worked hard for everything that I have. I don’t come from a privileged background. My mom works as a maid and my dad works in construction still to this day. I owe everything to them because they’ve taught me the true value of hard work and persistence. ⁣

10.I’ve only been weightlifting for about a year and a half. I grew up running and playing tennis so I’ve always been active. By the time I was around 14 I began doing more functional and circuit training and just recently started lifting weights. The amount of burpees ive done in my life is scary lol😳⁣
