These exercises were thrown in after I did all of my compound movements (squats, deadlifts, etc) as well as accessory work (split squats, kickbacks, lunges, & more). Mainly because I wanted to get a good burn 🔥
3-4 sets 12-16 reps for each. Make sure to focus on mind muscle connection especially for the last one!

I’m (5’5, 128lbs) wearing an xsmall in the leggings but would prefer a small so if in between sizes I suggest going up!
