Sometimes things go wrong in our life regardless how hard we do try...sometimes we are just slowed down, so we can see there are other things in our life we can focus on and those things could redirect us on to the new path. 
Those are 2 photos of my 14 weeks body transformation. I was out from training due to the multiple joints injuries. Cut story short: I've became to fat and to unfit, on a positive note it gave me time to think about my life and what I really want to do with it.
I have decided that I will make a set of YouTube videos on how I did transform my body, how my clients going through their transformation. My YouTube videos also include useful info about nutrition and health. I'm sharing this #truestory journey with you guys so you can learn how to do it. One of my favorite exercises to warm up for a back workout! (actually my bf introduced me to this lol) I usually warm up using a combination of a few minutes on the treadmill, some mobility work and movements like these.

Basically, it’s just an inverted row from different angles. What I like about this one is that you can make it as difficult as you want (since I use it as a warm up I don’t make it toooo challenging). Make sure you keep your core engaged throughout the movement and step away when you complete one rep. Continue till you reach the desired angle and walk back up again!

📌 Based on several studies comparing high frequency training to low frequency training, the participants in the higher frequency training groups (2-3 times a week) gained considerably more muscle over the training period, up to 0.16 more per week! Which doesn’t seem like much but it adds up over time ✅

📌 This is because by training more frequently you stimulate more periods of MPS (muscle protein synthesis) which happens after a workout, so by training 2-3 times a week you have 1-2 extra periods of muscle growth! So you can see that training muscles 1 time per week is not the most optimal for gaining muscle as efficiently as possible ✅

📌 Since your muscles recover after 2-4 following a workout, you are ready to train them again which means if you wait a full week to train them again, you could be missing out on up to 2 extra growth periods a week! However since you’re training more frequently, you will need to reduce volume in your workouts, to allow for optimal recovery ✅
