Try this superset this week!! One of my favorite muscles to workout is my triceps. So here's a quick superset to add to your arms day this week. (Also targets chest)
The 1st is plyo dips. The goal here is to explode out of the bottom of the rep to release your hand from the bar and catch it on the way down. Do 8 explosive reps.
The 2nd is weighted dips. Use a weighted vest, dumbbell, or belt to add as much weight you can and do for 5 to 6 reps.

Before that, I want to enjoy the sun with my daughter for a while 🌞❤️ I train my legs twice a week. In the first session, I focus only on the QUADRICEPS and the second on the HAMSTRINGS and BUTT.
