Today’s treat is all vegan and made with @perfectlyfreetreats (#ad) frozen bites in ICE CREAM SANDWICH FORM🤩

I made these while I was still in Miami and my friends and I DEVOURED these in five minutes😂 They were such a perfect treat for a warm summer day😍

Although this recipe looks like it’s on the indulgent side, each @perfectlyfreetreats frozen bite only has 30 calories and they’re made with all clean ingredients, so it’s really the perfect sweet treat🤩

I used to have dippy eggs (aka eggs and soldiers) every Sunday when I was younger with my family. My sister and I would always race each other to the last piece of toast #siblingrivalry😂
So pretty much any combo of eggs and toast is amazing to me 🥰
I simply toasted @helgas low carb bread, fried two eggs (which are free range from a friends farm coz #freshisbest), and of course, topped with pepper and salt 🤩

Добро пожаловать на оранжевый завтрак от меня типа хозяюшки;)
Бывало такое: просыпаемся, муж говорит, мол, надо бы в булочную сбегать, ведь к завтраку ничего нет у нас сегодня. На что я ему с неподдельным изумлением: «Как ничего? У нас же много моркови! Да и два яблока вон валяются без дела.»
Муж отвечает с ещё более неподдельным изумлением: «Морковь на завтрак - это что, русские на завтрак морковь едят?»
И тут я понимаю, как мало он знает об этой непростой жизни и насколько голь на выдумки хитра:)
Зачем булочная, если есть 1 яйцо, пара-тройка морковок, яблочки и 4 ложки столовых любой муки. Сахар? Не надо, если есть мёд. Морковка и так сладенькая.

Dopo l'inizio della primavera ieri 🌺 e la celebrazione della giornata della felicità 😁 non potevo non dedicare un post all'evento importantissimo di oggi: il #tiramisùday 🍰😍🤩😆😆 Ovviamente fare la versione classica non mi stimolava molto quindi...beccatevi una rivisitazione anzi uno stravolgimento completo con pochissimi ingredienti! 😏 Ricetta per voi 👇che siete ancora in tempo x andare a prepararne uno (fit ovviamente...non ci provate!!!😅)

👉 RICETTA: TIRAMISÙ RICOTTA E PERA 
INGREDIENTI (monoporzione)
🔹5 fette biscottate integrali
🔹1 pera (circa 130 gr)
🔹1 ricottina light (circa 80 gr)
🔹60 gr yogurt greco bianco
🔹15 gr sciroppo d'acero (o miele)
PROCEDIMENTO
🔸Tagliate a pezzetti piccoli la pera e mettetela a cuocere in una padellina con una tazzina colma di acqua e 5 gr di sciroppo d'acero
🔸Cuocete fin quando la pera si sarà ammorbidita avendo cura di non fare mai asciugare il liquido di cottura (eventualmente aggiungete un po' di acqua)
🔸Scolate la pera in un colino schiacciandola bene per fare uscire l'acqua e tenete da parte il succo ricavato (servirà per bagnare le fette biscottate)
🔸Per la crema mescolate la ricotta, lo yogurt, i restanti 10 gr di sciroppo d'acero e la pera ridotta in polpa
🔸Assemblate gli strati bagnando le fette nel succo di pera ricavato e alternandole con uno strato di crema! Lasciate in frigo una notte e voilà 😋 pronto!

I’m loving switching up regular toast for sweet potato toast! It’s a great alternative, and loaded with nutrients 🍠 🍓🥑

Sweet potatoes are high in antioxidants and fiber. The bright orange color is from beta carotene, which converts into Vitamin A in the body. .

Directions: Slice 1 sweet potato into thin slices. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and broil the sweet potatoes for 5mins. Flip and broil for another 5mins. Optional toppings almond butter with blue berries, avocado slice with pepper flakes, and cottage cheese with cinnamon and strawberries.

Buongiorno oggi pancake con frutti di bosco, cocco e raw cacao ❤️
~ Nuova farina per chi vuole provare un pancake in cut : la farina di soia @fiordiloto1972
,💡Essendo una farina ricavata da un legume🌱 ha anche un buon apporto proteico ed è tra le fonti vegetali quella con il profilo amminoacidi o più completo. Contiene omega 6 e 3 e iso flavonoidi. Naturalmente il valore biologico delle proteine delle  Soia è minore, ma inserirla come fonte alternativa variando può essere una scelta valida.
Inoltre è naturalmente senza glutine.
Io ne ho usato 15 grammi e ho aggiunto 10 gr di farina di cocco🥥, e 20 di farina di avena. Come liquidi ho usato 100 gr di albume e per la lievitazione cremor tartaro. Ho inserito all'interno delle more e sopra i frutti di bosco, cocco rapé e cacao raw.
La farina di cocco la trovate su @bulkpowders_it  che ha anche i formati da 1 kg così potete farne scorta😏

~ Nuova farina per chi vuole provare un pancake in cut : la farina di soia @fiordiloto1972
,💡Essendo una farina ricavata da un legume🌱 ha anche un buon apporto proteico ed è tra le fonti vegetali quella con il profilo amminoacidi o più completo. Contiene omega 6 e 3 e iso flavonoidi. Naturalmente il valore biologico delle proteine delle Soia è minore, ma inserirla come fonte alternativa variando può essere una scelta valida.
Inoltre è naturalmente senza glutine.
Io ne ho usato 15 grammi e ho aggiunto 10 gr di farina di cocco🥥, e 20 di farina di avena. Come liquidi ho usato 100 gr di albume e per la lievitazione cremor tartaro. Ho inserito all'interno delle more e sopra i frutti di bosco, cocco rapé e cacao raw.

Ce matin on commence par un bon smoothie avocat lait d'amande et dattes rien de plus simple et tellement bon sans sucres ajoutés 
Recette : un demi avocat 300 ml de lait d'amande sans sucres ajoutés et trois dattes il suffit de mixer tous les ingrédients ( pour le lait on peut réduire ou augmenter les quantités selon la consistance souhaitée ) bon petit déjeuner !!!! 😋😋😋😋. Je me souviens de @leilaalilouss qui m'a donné la recette un jour
