Buenos días 🙋 de lunes! Vamos a empezar bien el día y la semana con este post entreno rico, rico. Pero primero me voy a poner las calles y a entrenar 💪
Después me espera esta mezcla de brownie de calabacín y cheesecake que no me ha quedado muy bonita pero está deliciosa 😋

Brownie-cheesecake

Para el brownie:
⏺️120g de claras
⏺️30g de harina de avena
⏺️1/4 de calabacín rallado
⏺️1 cucharada de chocolate puro desgrasado
⏺️1 cucharada de yogurt griego light
⏺️1/2 cucharadita de bicarbonato
⏺️ Canela, vainilla y endulzante al gusto
Para la cheesecake:
⏺️1 huevo o 2 claras
⏺️150g de queso cottage
⏺️50g de queso crema light
⏺️50g de queso fresco batido
⏺️10g de harina de avena
⏺️ Endulzante al gusto
⏺️2 cucharadas de zumo de limón ⏺️Para el brownie mezclamos todos los ingredientes hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea y vertemos en el molde. Lo llevamos al horno, previamente calentado, a 180°. ⏺️Mientras procesamos todos los ingredientes de la cheesecake con la batidora.
⏺️ Cuando el brownie lleve unos 10 minutos en el horno lo sacamos e incorporamos la mezcla. ⏺️Metemos al horno hasta que al pinchar con un palillo éste salga limpio. Unos 25 minutos, pero depende del horno.
⏺️Una vez frío, desmoldamos y topineamos al gusto o no le ponemos nada.

Para el brownie:

Here’s another batch of these #glutenfree cookies. It was a two day affair. 1st day it took an hr to mix, cut, and bake. Two days later, I coated them with chocolate. (I used the left over chocolate for the bark I posted about earlier.) They are easy enough to make but definitely need time to put together. I shared some with my mom earlier and it continues to please 😋 Would you guys care for recipes? I’m so used to just throwing stuff together that I don’t have measurements for some of the ingredients. But if you’d like I can start measuring! Just let me know 🙋‍♀️. Also hope you had a fantastic weekend, and let’s start another week 💪💪😘

I looooove granola/oatmeal bars but I always find sooo much sugar and sodium in the ones from the store 🙄 which defeats the purpose of a quick healthy snack on the go. 
Here’s a 6 ingredient oatmeal/granola bar recipe 😍

1. In your food processor bowl add 1 1/2 cup oats, 1 cup pitted dates, 1/2 protein powder (I used @womensbest Fit Whey in Salted caramel), 1/4 cup of melted coconut oil and pulse until crumbly. 
2. Add in 1/4 cup of water and pulse until sticky. 
3. Spread in a baking tray lined with either parchment paper or foil. Make sure it’s compressed.
4. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and press them in. 
5. Put in the freezer for 30 mins. 
6. Cut into bars and enjoy !! (You can keep these in an airtight container in the fridge for a week) *** perfect for a quick suhoor or even an addition to your suhoor*** 175 calories/ bar 😋

I just finished my first can of Summer Peach Life Shake and plan to stock up with 3 more cans. Each day I am delighted with new taste combinations. It's a great change of pace alternative to vanilla as it combines well with all kinds of fruit. Taste is such a subjective thing, so sometimes it's hard to predict if other people will perceive food that is palatable to you in the same way. All I can say is why not give it a try? So far everyone I know is giving it a big thumbs up. Including my finicky husband. I predict you will become a fan too. Hoy nos levantamos tardísimo y quise engreír al dueño del cumple 🥳 Además estoy preparando mi menú a base de huevos ya que mañana inicio mi primer #EggFast, una forma rápida de perder peso que básicamente se basa en consumir huevos, queso y mantequilla, suele hacerse por 5 días, ya les iré contando mi progreso. Aquí les comparto la receta de mi frittata:

🍶 INGREDIENTES:
📌 4 tiras de tocino picadito
📌 4 huevos
📌 2 Cdas de Crema de leche
📌 Ajo picadito
📌 Sal y pimienta a gusto
📌 2 oz de queso brie (pueden utilizar cualquier otro queso que sea fácil de derretir como el fontina o gruyere)

👩🏼‍🍳 INSTRUCCIONES:
. Cocinar el tocino 🥓 hasta que esté crocante, retirar y reposar sobre papel toalla.
. A parte, batir los huevos con un tenedor, agregar la crema, ajos, sal, pimienta y 2/3 del tocino frito.
. Calentar nuevamente la sartén y añadir la preparación del huevo, no tocar, ni revolver la preparación, dejar cocinar hasta ver que los costados estén dorados (aprox. 5 a 8 minutos).
. Si la sartén donde lo prepararon fue pequeña, y creen que podrán sin mucho esfuerzo darle la vuelta, entonces llegó el momento de agregar el queso y voltear la frittata…..en caso que no puedan, entonces la sartén debe ser de esas especiales que pueden ingresar al horno, entonces colocan el queso + lo que reservaron de tocino y llevan la sartén al horno (utilizar broiler al máximo) por aprox. 5 minutos ~ siempre cuidando que no se queme.
. Retiren del horno y esperen un par de minutos antes de servir….ENJOY 😋

* Collagen fuel (#PrimalKitchen 1 scoop - for the skin/hair/nails - vegan)
* Milkadamia (6oz) - or any vegan milk
* 1 banana (ripe so it’s sweet 😋 )
* Chia seeds (2 grams) - for the texture
* (Optional) a tbs nonfat greek yogurt

Directions:
* Put everything besides vegan milk into a jar
* Pull in your milk and mix well
* Wait overnight
.
Next day:
You can add some toppings to increase the flavor. I normally love some berries. Some likes coconut flakes 🥥, flax seeds or peanut butter 🥜 (or PB2). Either way works!

Baked sweet potato, sliced tomatoes, scrambled eggs, bacon, avocado, and a bowl of mixed berries. 🙌

I teach yoga Sunday mornings and by the time I get home, it’s already lunch time. I bring a protein bar to hold me over between classes, but then I only eat two meals throughout the rest of the day due to timing. Two meals = more calories per meal! This meal was around 650 calories. I used 2 organic corn tortillas, topped with black bean mixture (can of organic black beans blended with cumin, chili powder, lime juice, cilantro, and garlic powder), tomatoes, drippy egg, and some homemade avocado tomatillo sauce (2 tomatillos, 1 avocado, cilantro, lime juice and 1/2 jalapeño) Just what I needed 😌✨ HAPPY SUNDAY!

It’s a prebiotic, easily digestible and doesn’t bloat  plus it’s bloody delicious! .

Here’s my healthy food for the week. Breakfast is a favorite of mine, I also added maca powder to my batter as it has some health benefits and a nice nutty taste. I will have 3 waffles each morning along with 2 eggs. Lunch was a recipe I’ve made before and got from MyRecipes on Pinterest. You will likely have to separate the taco mixture into more than one skillet because it’s a lot of food. I will have one pepper with some of the extra mixture along with a small side salad for lunch. Here’s my healthy food for the week. Breakfast is a favorite of mine, I also added maca powder to my batter as it has some health benefits and a nice nutty taste. I will have 3 waffles each morning along with 2 eggs. Lunch was a recipe I’ve made before and got from MyRecipes on Pinterest. You will likely have to separate the taco mixture into more than one skillet because it’s a lot of food. I will have one pepper with some of the extra mixture along with a small side salad for lunch. 2 handfuls of fresh spinach
1 banana
1 tbsp peanut butter
2 dates
1 handful fresh mint leaves
1 cup of soy milk

* 1/2 frozen avocado
* 1/2 frozen banana
* 1 tbsp moringa powder
* 3 tbsp of hemp seed powder
* handful of frozen spinach
* 1 tbsp agave
* 1 tbsp chia seeds
* 2 tbsp frozen shredded coconut
* 1/2 glass coconut milk

Toppings:

* peanut butter
* organic berry muslli
* walnuts
* pistachios
* strawberries

Avocados are very nutritious and contain a wide variety of nutrients, including 20 different vitamins, minerals and more potassium than bananas! Potassium intake is linked to reduced blood pressure, which is a major risk factor for heart attacks, strokes and kidney failure.

Fiber is another nutrient that avocados are relatively rich in. It’s indigestible plant matter can contribute to weight loss, reduce blood sugar spikes and is strongly linked to a lower risk of many diseases. The majority of the fat in avocado is oleic acid - a monounsaturated fatty acid that's also the major component of olive oil which has been associated with reduced inflammation.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 large sweet potato
Cooking spray
Salt and pepper to taste
Toppings:
Avocado slices with hemp seeds and oregano
Fried egg with fresh chopped parsley
Ricotta cheese with raspberries, coconut and honey
Peanut butter with banana slices, pecans and maple syrup.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Using a large sharp knife, slice the sweet potato lengthwise down the middle. With a steady hand, make 4-5 thin slices about 1/4"-1/3" thick from the middle of the sweet potato. You can keep the skin or discard. I prefer keeping the skin.
2. Spray sweet potato slices with cooking spray and season with salt and pepper
3. Insert slices into toaster (similar to bread) and toast the slices on high. Alternatively, you can toast them in a toaster oven or bake in the oven at 
4. After the sweet potatoes pop up from the toaster, check to see if they are fork tender, and toast longer if desired. Depending on your toaster, you may also want to turn down the toaster setting to Medium.
5. Remove the sweet potatoes from the toaster, and cool on a wire rack before adding toppings.

Mediterranean quinoa salad 😍⁣

1 cup quinoa, uncooked ⁣
2 cups of water ⁣
1 can of black beans ⁣
2 cups or cherry tomatoes halved ⁣
1 cup of string beans cut in half or quarters ⁣
Chop onions for taste ⁣
(I tossed in some fresh mozzarella balls in for good measure 😉) ⁣
⁣
DRESSING: ⁣
1/3 cup of olive oil ⁣
1tbsp Apple cider vinegar ⁣
1/4 cup lime juice ( can add some lemon juice to taste) ⁣
1/2 tsp garlic powder ⁣
1/8 tsp salt ⁣
⁣
HOW TO MAKE: ⁣
1.  Cooke your quinoa in a separate pot. Reduce heat to low and let it simmer until the water is absorbed ⁣

2. When quinoa is done, pour in a container and let it chill in the. Refrigerator for an hour or two. ⁣

100g Babyspinat
150g gefrorene Ananas
50g Banane
1 TL Hanfsamen
1/2 Glas ungesüßte Mandelmilch
1/2 Glas Wasser
Saft einer halben Zitrone (wenn ihr nach links wischt, sehr ihr nochmal alle Zutaten auf einen Blick) --> alles in den Mixer und fein pürieren
