It’s so weird when I go to the gym & it’s not night time. I went during the middle of the day today, because, well, it’s Saturday.
It was Leg 🦵 Day, quads and calves focused. I enjoyed it so much. I did so many sets of barbell squats, ones with my resistance band & ones without.
I FINALLY felt comfortable being in the squat rack area.
I totally had fun! 😃
But, I also feel like it was a weird day and I can’t quite put my finger on what made it feel that way.
Later in the evening, I bought more workout clothing pieces 😬, which I really need to stop doing. But, it was a super cute tank & hoodie, so I couldn’t resist! LOL 😆

Today was the last day of my first 9 weeks of weightlifting 🏋️♀️. I will be reflecting more on that tomorrow. I also need to decide if I will start my next 9 weeks tomorrow (Sunday) or Monday. I’ll be moving to the second gym guide!
