How to make Spaghetti Squash. •

Ingredients
* Olive oil for brushing
* Salt and pepper to taste
* 1 spaghetti squash (about 3 lbs)

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400º F
2. Carefully cut the squash in a half. Scoop out the seeds.
3. Brush the inside of both halves of the squash with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Place the two halves cut side down on a baking sheet ( brushed with olive oil or lined with parchment paper)
7. Roast the squash until tender, about 30 minutes. 
8. Take squash out and allow several minutes to cool.
9. Using a fork, scrape the insides to create a spaghetti-like texture. Leave insides in the squash.

Unfortunately, leaving the store I got into an accident 😩😩 I’m fine but feeling sore and frustrated as the guy couldn’t prove he had insurance 😤 Trying to get in a better mood and be thankful for things not being worse. Trying my new @nutpods creamer and I have to say that I’m a big fan! I added some sf vanilla syrup and the flavor is great! Coffee is for fixing things ☕️

WEEK NINE - DAY TWO😆 Today was one of those days where I made myself go to the gym even though I didn’t want to😅 I have a 5k to jog later and I knew I wouldn’t do leg day tomorrow morning😂 I’m alright with the progression of these exercises!
