Made using 
40g of porridge (HEb)
One big,finely grated carrot (you won't really taste it ,I promise! It will bulk it out😊)
2 teaspoons of Cocoa Powder (1.5 Syns. Syn value will depend on brand you are using so check yours and syn accordingly)
1 Tbsp of Maple Syrup. Mine is from @skinnyfoodco zero calorie so I don't Syn it :)
250 ml of unsweetend almond milk (Any milk would do obviously😊)
Topped with fruit (that strawberry in the middle supposed to look like a rose, wrong angle I guess 😉🤭) and chocolate stars  1 Syn.

Little arm pump from this week, it gave me ILS 😂. So about 50 days ago I started eating meat again after 2 years as a vegetarian. I struggled with chronic fatigue and ect the whole time. I unsuccessfully tried a bunch of different ways to meet my nutrition needs. I finally got to the point where I needed to do an elimination diet to figure out what wasn’t working for my body. So I did the #whole30 and started eating meat again. My energy improved, my sleep improved, well being improved, recovery time improved. The inflammation in my body decreased so much that my watch size shrunk two holes even though my body weight is up over 10lbs, having changed nothing else but macronutrient sources. I’m almost back to the highest strength totals I’ve ever had. There are a lot of really good ethical reasons to be a vegetarian or vegan. World hunger, global pollution epidemic- climate change, sentient beings suffering, acidification and eutrophication of the earth, top soil layer destruction and on and on. I found for myself that eggs, gluten, dairy, lentils and many legumes just don’t work for my body. And that was the bulk of my diet. On top of that my bloodwork regularly showed markers for being protein deficient. After doing more research looking at genetic impact on diets I’ve concluded that our ancestry makes a huge difference on what works for our bodies. My DNA is 97.6% Northwestern European and what works best for my body is pretty much meat and potatoes. I decided that being as healthy as I can and using that as a platform for trying to do the most good I can in the world is the best I can do, because if I am sacrificing my health just to limit the impact on the world than I might as well just kill myself and make my use of resources zero. It just doesn’t make sense. Doing an elimination diet so that you really know for your own body what works is invaluable and many find it literally life changing. Out of everything I’ve ever studied there is more disagreement about nutrition than anything else. That’s because all of us vary in this regard so the only path forward is to experientially see what works for us.

I poached it with some aromatics to give it a bit of flavour. Salad dressing I have winged using sweet chilli sauce, Apple cider vinegar, lime and fish sauce. And fresh dates with peanut butter is absolute heaven. 😍 Future me is going to be so thankful to current me for making an effort to pack my lunch boxes. 😆

I poached it with some aromatics to give it a bit of flavour. Salad dressing I have winged using sweet chilli sauce, Apple cider vinegar, lime and fish sauce. And fresh dates with peanut butter is absolute heaven. 😍 Future me is going to be so thankful to current me for making an effort to pack my lunch boxes. 😆

Add in some dark chocolate if your meal plan is not too strict.  Blueberries or banana or another fruit, even nuts.... no need to be frustrated and craving unhealthy treats while trying to obtain optimal health.  Now you can do more. Looking for recipes... So I haven’t weighed in at a meeting for a month now! One weekend I had a wedding, then we went on holiday for a week, then the following weekend I was away in London.

I had all of the above time ‘off plan’ I hate that saying! But I have also been good when I could. I have been weighing myself a couple of times at home and know I had a gain after holiday.

So for my official weigh in today I will be happy if I stayed the same or even have a small gain.

Count down to bridesmaid duties now begins!

📝 Como todos los domingos ya he dejado hechos los #tuppers para comer en la oficina de lunes a jueves y algún extra.

. 💡 De algunos tuppers os pondré la receta el día que toque comerlo, pero ya sabéis que siempre son recetas super fáciles y rápidas.

⏺️La clásica ensalada de pasta y guisantes con jamón para mi chico, que no faltan ninguna semana.

🍝 Noodles soba con tofu y salteado de verduras al curry (comida lunes)

🐔 Alcachofas con pollo al que le pondré pasta de legumbres que tengo congelada el jueves.
.
.
🐙 Arroz negro con gambas, mejillones y setas (comida martes)
.
. 🍟 Noodles de patata morada con soja texturizada y brócoli estilo BBQ (comida miércoles)
.
.
🐔 Pollo y tofu en daditos que me ha sobrado
.
.
🌿Brócoli al ajillo para alguna noche
.
.
🍳 Claras de huevo
.
.
🍳 Huevos cocidos
.
. ❄ No congelo nada porque todo se conserva bien hasta el jueves en la nevera

. 💡 Los noodles soba y de patata morada los compré en un super asiático de Madrid (calle Leganitos 33, al lado de Plaza España).

📝 Con la mayoría de comidas ya listas la semana se hace más fácil 😉

- ١ بصل بنفسجي شرايح
- ١ ثوم مطحون
- بقدونس
