This is my second #mala from @besohum and I am literally obsessed with its beauty and energy. I saw a similar one on her IG and we made a few minor changes and it is perfection. I literally couldn’t get this design out of mind...sweater from @elizabethandclarke 💙 a year ago I would have never worn this style of sweater as I would have physically felt uncomfortable with the hugging of my curves. Starting off today with a freshly baked Crustless Quiche. I was cleaning out my fridge this morning and found some leftover produce that I refused to waste, so I decided to throw them together for today’s brunch. This quiche is full of tasty fillings today - spinach, feta, mushrooms, zucchini, broccoli, and garlic 😋 Definitely getting my veggies in today in a very delicious way! Also, Trader Joe’s bruschetta on the side makes a world of difference to this meal! 🍅 Salt, fat, and acid are playing together quite nicely here to create a great balance - highly recommend 😇

Hallo ihr Lieben 😊 Ich hoffe ihr habt das Wochenende genossen 😊Ich lag die meiste Zeit auf der Couch und habe Ingwertee getrunken 🤧🙊 Mittlerweile geht es aber wieder etwas besser und ich hatte endlich wieder die Energie zu backen 😍 Für mich und meinen Liebsten gab es diese leckeren und lowcarb Erdbeer-Törtchen 😍 Rezept für die Schälchen (ergibt 3 Stück): 1 Ei mit 20g Birkenzucker, 20g Süsslupinenmehl, 55g gemahlenen Mandeln, 15g weicher Butter und 15g Kokosmehl vermischen. Den Teig in Frischhaltefolie packen und 30 min. kalt stellen. Anschliessend den Teig in Silikonförmchen tun und Schälchen formen. Sollte der Teig etwas zu klebrig sein, einfach noch etwas Kokosmehl dazu geben. Die Schälchen kommen dann bei 180 Grad ca. 15 min. in den Ofen. Wenn die Schälchen abgekühlt sind zuerst etwas Quark in die Schälchen geben. Dann Erdbeeren darüber geben und anschliessend noch einen Klecks Quark oben drauf geben.
