Finally have the recipe! I need to get out of the habit of not measuring anything🤦🏻‍♀️ •chocolate chip banana bread•

Ingredients
•3 ripe medium bananas
•1/4 cup coconut oil
•1 egg
•1 tsp vanilla extract
•1 tsp baking soda
•1 1/2 cups flour of choice (I used @bobsredmill unbleached all purpose. My favorite brand for flours!)
•1/2 cup sweetener of choice(I used maple syrup, other options are honey, coconut sugar, brown sugar, etc.)
•1 tbsp ground flax
•1/2 cup dark chocolate chips(+ some to sprinkle on top!)
•cinnamon to sprinkle on top(optional)

Directions
•preheat oven to 350*F
•melt coconut oil
•mash bananas in a large bowl, add in egg, vanilla and coconut oil(and sweetener if using liquid)
•gradually add remaining ingredients, mixing well
•pour batter into greased loaf pan & bake for 45 mins-1 hour (or until toothpick comes out clean)
•optional- sprinkle extra chocolate chips and cinnamon on top before baking!

To this day I will never order it when I’m out because I feel like most places put wayyy tooo much mayo in it.🤢 (No globs of mayo for me!🙅🏼‍♀️) So recently I’ve been experimenting with a few different mix-ins at home & this just might be my favorite one yet. It’s so creamy & fresh & is totally getting me ready for all things spring!🤗 Plus it’s packed with tons of protein too!💪🏻

BROOKIES /Avocado brownies 
ingredients:
1 cup mashed avocado 
2 eggs
3 tbsp cacao powder
3 tbsp coconut oil/ butter or ghee
1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips, melted 
1/2 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup almond flour
5 tablespoons sweeter (swerve, monkfruit or stevia)
 ½  tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Place peeled avocados in a food processor and process until smooth.
Add remains wet ingredients, process then add the dry ingredients. Mix until combined.
Line a 12''x8'' baking dish with parchment paper. Pour the batter into it. Then top with @eatfatsnsx chocolate chip cookies (or double chocolate plate for an extra rich chocolate treat 😍🍫). Cover with foil. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out half clean.  Enjoy! Store in fridge.

Recette d'un délicieux houmous maison servi avec des pancakes au cumin/Recipe for a delicious homemade hummus served with cumin pancakes.

Pour 4 personnes/For 4 persons
.
Ingrédients pour le houmous/Ingredients for the hummus:
200g de pois chiche/200g chickpeas
40g de crème de sésame (#tahinibylapagedufaitmaison)/40g tahini (#tahinibylapagedufaitmaison)
2 gousses d'ail/2 cloves garlic
Jus d'un demi-citron/juice of half lemon
3 or 4 cs d'huile de tournesol/3 or 4 tbsp sunflower oil
1/2 cc curcuma/half tsp turmeric
.
Préparation du houmous/Hummus preparation:
1) Pressez les gousses au presse ail/Press garlic cloves.
2) Mixez ensemble les pois chiche, la crème de sésame, le curcuma, l'ail et le jus de citron/Blend together chickpeas, tahini, turmeric, garlic and lemon juice.
3) Ajoutez de l'huile de tournesol pour obtenir la consistence de votre choix/Add some sunflower oil to reach the consistency of your choice.

Ingrédients pour les pancakes au cumin/Ingredients for the cumin pancakes:
60g de farine de blé complet/1 cup half whole wheat flour
160ml de lait/milk 2/3 cup
2 oeufs/2 eggs
1 cc graines de cumin/1 tsp cumin seeds
sel/salt

Pour les pancakes au cumin/For the cumin pancakes:
1) Dans un grand récipient, mélangez la farine, le lait, les jaunes d'oeuf, les grains de cumin écrasés et le sel/In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, milk, egg yolks, crushed cumin seeds and salt.
2) Dans un autre récipient, battez les blancs d'oeuf en neige/In a separate bowl, whip the egg whites.
3) Incorporez les blancs en neige dans le premier récipient. Laissez reposer 15 min max/Add whipped egg whites into the first bowl. Let it rest 15 min max.
2) Faites chauffer une poêle légèrement huilée à feu moyen-vif/Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium-high heat.
3) Versez de la pâte sur la poêle/Pour some batter onto the frying pan.
4) Servez avec le houmous. Bonne dégustation/Served with the hummus. Enjoy.

Speaking of protein/snack bars, the market is so overloaded with choices, but it’s still so hard to find something that’s actually healthy and not loaded with sugars. Even though they all say it’s refined sugar free, naturally occurring sugars are so high that you might as well be eating candy. Or if it is low sugar then it’s full of things everyone should stay away from..

I call it ‘The Greenwich’. I’ve been experimenting with subtle ways to incorporate greens and veggies in Emilia’s meals and this one was a winner. •
-Spread @miyokoscreamery vegan cream cheese or hummus on one piece of bread. -Smash avocado on bread and spread evenly. -Finely chop kale and cucumber really well and place on top of avocado. Other good veggie options are carrot or red pepper. -Optional: Sprinkle hemp seeds and/or nutritional yeast on top -Cut bread in half lengthwise and place together. •

1/2 cup water
1/3 cup simple syrup
fresh lime
fresh mint
STEPS:
Slice off the ends of the watermelon and scoop out the fruit leaving the skin.
Blend watermelon with water and simple syrup.
Create a hole and add a nozzle to the watermelon shell.
Mash the fresh lime and mint in a glass and add ice cubes.
Pour the blended mix into the watermelon shell.
Dispense drink from watermelon into glass. Enjoy!

Adding siracha to sauces for pasta dishes, salads, or literally anything makes such a huge difference! It adds so much flavor and spiciness to your dishes if youre into that!
Recently, I’ve also started adding salsas into my salad dishes and other dishes like pasta bowls, quinoa, wraps and more! I use to just snack on some veggies while dipping them in salsa, but there’s more you can do with it!

SPICY VEGGIE LOADED AVOCADO PASTA
3-4 servings
—> Ingredients:
✖️Whole grain pasta
✖️1 tomato
✖️Spinach
✖️Corn
✖️Green bell pepper
✖️1 can of Chickpeas
Sauce:

How to?
▫️Pre-heat oven to 220C
.
▫️Sauté some garlic, red onions in olive oil, add 2tbsp flour of your choice and mix well into the oil.

▫️Reducing the heat, slowly add milk diluting the flour/oil paste.
.
▫️Add 1-2 bay leaves for taste, nutmeg, salt & pepper. .
▫️White sauce done.
.
▫️Add raw broccoli into the white sauce, add cheese, lay onto an oven dish.
.
▫️Break 3-4 eggs and whisk. Season if you like.
.
▫️Add over the top of broccoli mix. Let cook in the oven for at least 15mins.
.
▫️Top up with more grated cheese (I used cheddar)
.
▫️Add tomatoes for garnish and drizzle with olive oil
.
▫️Turn on the Grill for a few minutes at the end for the cheese to brown and crisp.

In my case I used: • Flax seeds • Sesame seeds • Golden flax seeds • Sunflower seeds • Pumpkin seeds • Chia seeds • Carrot • Broccoli • Cabbage . . .  preparation: crush the chickpeas with a fork (80 g), add a pinch of curry and a teaspoon of oil. Create spheres and finally, attach the seeds to the outside.

Mason jar strawberry #chiapudding  parfaits with kiwis and sweet red grapes for breakfasts this week 😍
These were super simple to throw together, completely #raw and #vegan , and they turned out SO GOOD, I'll definitely be revisiting this recipe in the very near future ❤

#recipe -> Grind up a whole bag (about 2-3 cups) freeze dried strawberries in a blender or food processor into a fine powder. Mix about 1/3 cup chia seeds, 2.5 cups coconut milk (or preferred liquid), and strawberry powder in a bowl and let rest overnight to gel. Layer whatever fruit you want with the chia pudding in mason jars, and voila! Parfaits for daysss. I used kiwis and grapes in mine 🥝🍇 In the future, I'll be trying this recipe with different freeze dried fruits. Mango and pineapple would be yummy I think! It's a great way to sweeten chia pudding without adding syrups or honey, if you're cutting back on added sugar. 😊

Starting the week with this vegetarian salad bowl of quinoa & bulgur, peas, courgettes, cherry 🍅, lambs lettuce and pumpkin seeds. I enjoyed this with a simple vinaigrette that I made by combining:
~
✨3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
✨1 tbsp white wine vinegar
✨½ tsp Dijon mustard ✨½ tsp Agave nectar {or honey}
✨Pinch of salt, to taste
~
I selected vegetables that are easy on my gut. But you can always use other veggies like broccoli, cauliflower or kale,  and you can swap the eggs with tofu, tempeh or any other beans to keep it vegan. ~

After yesterday’s brunch, some ice cream, and these waffles....I’m ready for some veggies. But dang was all that delicious!

Today for #MarchMadnessChallenge2019 we are talkin mealprep. Every week I like to mealprep breakfast, snacks, and even desserts so most my meals are taken care of ahead of time. So this week I made a big batch of mango rice pudding. because #obsessed. I made mine with brown rice, minimal sugar, and added fresh mango so it’s a bit more of a nutrient dense snack/dessert for me to have throughout the week. Monday Motivation from my beautiful client @jschimmm ❤️

Julie has been working with me for about a year. She came to me last year wanting to get stronger for her running, build some solid muscle & get ready for her WEDDING!!!! She didn’t have too much to lose so we put a focus on putting solid muscle on her to get the “toned” look every girl wants, pushing the weights on her legs (sorry for all the lunges) to make them stronger for her runs and feeding her the correct foods.
.
Working with brides is so fun because they are so motivated. This girl has been putting in the WORK! Killing her runs, lifting heavy, working through the low carb days like a boss. Her drive and determination motivates me! .
Fast forward to now: she is down 12lbs and her runs are stronger than ever!!!!
.
Can’t wait to see you kill your half marathon and look amazing at your wedding!!!! You deserve all of it. So dang proud of you!!!!

Good morning! The kids went back to school today after a long week off for spring break so I had a little extra time on my hands to make a more elaborate breakfast. It’s been way too long since I’ve made this combo. Two fried eggs with sweet potato, mushrooms and spinach all cooked in avocado oil and half an avocado with hemp seeds. This could be made quickly if you have pre-cooked frozen sweet potato cubes on hand (can be found near frozen veggies at the grocery store) or in this case I peeled and diced half a large sweet potato and placed in microwave for 1 minute to pre-cook and then sautéed in just enough avocado oil to coat a heated pan tossing occasional until they begin to brown (about 8 minutes. Then throw in the mushrooms, cook for another 2-3 minutes and add the spinach in the end to let it wilt. Seasoned with salt and pepper. It was a nourishing and delicious #meatlessmonday meal!

Esta vez, la rosquilla es de 2 chocolates (chocolate azul y negro), está rellena de crema de cacahuete y mermelada de mora y va sobre una galleta crujiente de nuez 🤤.
⠀⠀⠀⠀ ☆☆☆☆☆☆RECETA.☆☆☆☆☆ ⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀
~ROSQUILLA RELLENA:
Derrite unas onzas de chocolate blanco vegano con manteca de cacao (yo usé @pacari_chocolate), crema de anacardos y blue espirulina @arcoiris_superfoods.
Pon  poco en cada hueco del molde, extiende por las paredes y al congelador.
Cuando endurezca pon una cucharadita generosa de crema de cacahuete, reparte y congela.
Por encima, reparte mermelada casera sin azúcar de moras (dejar reducir la fruta con zumo de un limón, crema de dátil al gusto y un chorrito de agua). Cubre con chocolate 85% de cacao derretido con una cucharadita de aceite de coco y una cucharada de crema de cacahuete y al congelador media hora. ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀

~ GALLETA DE NUEZ:
Veganas, sin gluten, sin azúcar refinado y super crujientes: 
1 y 1/2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva virgen extra o aceite de coco (yo he usado AOVE).
2 cucharadas de sirope dark ágave @naturgreen (u otro).
7 cucharadas de harina de nuez ( o nuezmolida).
3 cucharadas de harina de almendra
6 cucharadas de almidón de yuca
1/2 cucharadita de vainilla
1/2 cucharadita de canela de Ceylán
Pizca de sal
Mezclar ingredientes secos, añadir los líquidos y mezclar bien. Hacer una bola compacta y extender una capa finita. Meter en la nevera unos 15 minutos antes de cortar las galletas. Hornear 6-7 minutos a 175°C y dejar enfriar en una rejilla.
Cuando estén templadas (ni frias ni demasiado calientes), pon una rosquilla de chocolate encima de cada galleta (si ves que se derrite, mételas en la nevera unos minutos).
Muerde y disfruta! ⠀⠀

Mezclar ingredientes secos, añadir los líquidos y mezclar bien. Hacer una bola compacta y extender una capa finita. Meter en la nevera unos 15 minutos antes de cortar las galletas. Hornear 6-7 minutos a 175°C y dejar enfriar en una rejilla.
Cuando estén templadas (ni frias ni demasiado calientes), pon una rosquilla de chocolate encima de cada galleta (si ves que se derrite, mételas en la nevera unos minutos).

Today's dinner: these amazing GOUDA CHEESE KETO FATHEAD CRACKERS! With Guacamole (avocado, tomato, lemon juice & salt). It's really good, reminds me of cheese it's 😃👌💯

200 g of shredded Gouda cheese (you also can use Mozzarella)
150 g of almond flour
50 g of cream cheese (I used 5% soft cheese)
1 L egg
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon of dry parsley
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
50 g of Parmigiano Reggiano to sprinkle on top

Instructions: Melt the Gouda & cream cheese in the microwave. Add flour, spices and egg and mix until combined. Place the dough on a parchment paper and place another sheet on top. Spread the dough with a rolling pin as thin as you can and use a pizza cutter to cut it to a little peaces and sprinkle the Parmigiano on top. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, 210 Celsius (410 degrees).

Sweet Potato, Spinach, Sausage Pizza with Eggs on top!!! (Should be a better name for this but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯)

1 cauliflower crust- I use @caulipowered 
2 sweet potatoes baked at 425 F, skinned, and mashed. Seasoned with salt and pepper to taste. 
6 oz chicken sausage sliced and cooked over medium heat 
1.5 c loosely packed spinach
3 eggs 
1/4 c cheese (I used a mix of mild cheddar and mozzarella)

Bake pizza crust for 10 mins at 425 F
Layer the toppings with sweet potato mash first, then spinach and chicken sausage, then cheese and eggs. I separated the eggs and baked the egg whites until mostly firm before adding the yolks so that they would still be runny!
