Here’s the super easy, ASIAN INSPIRED SALMON recipe y’all asked for! I served this for my clients over a bed of brown rice & quinoa with a fresh strawberry salad (spring mix + strawberries 🍓 + grapes 🍇 + feta cheese + sliced almonds with a maple balsamic vinaigrette) with half an avocado! Tag someone who may want to save this recipe👇🏼

• 1/4 cup @thebeekeepershoney 🍯
• 1/4 cup soy sauce (or coconut aminos if soy-free)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tsp minced garlic
• 1/2 tsp ground ginger

1️⃣ Mix all of the ingredients (above) together to make a glaze, set aside.
2️⃣ Add salmon filets to a baking dish (this sauce will coat about 2 lbs worth of salmon), pour the glaze over the salmon, making sure to coat the top and bottom well. Allow it to marinate for about 30 min at room temperature.
3️⃣ Preheat the oven to 400.
4️⃣ Before putting salmon into the oven, make sure the skin side, add some salt + pepper + parsley flakes to the top.
5️⃣ Bake for about 15 min, then broil on low for the last 4 min.
6️⃣ Sprinkle with sesame seeds + parsley once its out of the oven, serve warm!

alors comme chaque semaine je teste une recette d'un compte instagram qui me donne envie , et cette semaine c'est la recette du SOUFFLÉ CHOCOLAT du compte de @__bigwill__ que j'ai testé.

Alors comment vous dire que c'est HYPER BON , très léger et pas trop calorique. 
La recette est très simple même pour débutant(e)s et avec des ingrédients qu'on trouve facilement a la maison au quotidien . Pour ma part J'ai juste rajouté un petit carré de chocolat noir au milieu a 60% de cacao pour avoir un cœur coulant ( oui je suis gourmande je sais 🙄😂) et quelques amandes effilées au dessus pour le côté croquant.

Pour ma part J'ai juste rajouté un petit carré de chocolat noir au milieu a 60% de cacao pour avoir un cœur coulant ( oui je suis gourmande je sais 🙄😂) et quelques amandes effilées au dessus pour le côté croquant.

My favourite peanut butter cookies 🍪 with a TWIST ..... CBD cookies. I added  @maripharmuk K CBD oil 😉 I can't believe how easy it is to incorporate it into my recipes. Little update on how I have been finding the oil : I have been using 1 drop in the morning and 1 drop in the evening and It really takes the edge of my anxiety and constant over thinking. I like to think of plant based foods, including culinary herbs and spices, as nature's big pharmacy where human beings can find the elements they need to thrive ❤️ what a shame we're all living with a nature's deficiency these days when it comes to both our food choices and life style.
Cooking our meals from scratch most of the times can be a meditative practice, an act of self love and a way to reconnect with our ultimate purpose 😊

100g almond flour
50g high quality cocoa

Press more almonds on top

🌱Baked sweet potatoes loaded with tandoori spiced chickpeas and easy guacamole.🌱 (Photo inspired by Conny @plantbased_food_and_travel .) Conny’s feed always makes me hungry. Sweet potatoes might be my favorite plantbased food and she makes them look so tempting 😋. 🌱Recipe: Chickpeas: Drain and rinse 1-15oz can chickpeas. (Optional: Toss chickpeas in a little olive oil before adding the spices.) Rub chickpeas with generous amount of tandoori masala seasoning, or substitute with other spices/herbs like smoked paprika, ancho chili, chipotle, cayenne, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, turmeric and make your own combo. Add salt to taste. Roast at 400F until crispy (about 20 minutes). Use fork to remove a little of the center of 3 baked sweet potatoes (sliced open) and load with chickpeas. 🌱Recipe: Easy guacamole: mix together 3 very ripe avocados (mashed), juice 1 lime, 2 finely grated garlic cloves, salt to taste. Add dollop of guacamole to top of chickpeas and add a drizzle of tahini and red chili flakes. Enjoy😉!

Pretty much had a blueberry muffin for breakfast🤷🏼‍♀️ I made this yesterday and it was so good and so fluffy😍 it’s a mix between an oatmeal bake & a mug cake and it’s so easy to make! 👉🏻 2/3 cup of quick cut rolled oats, 2/3 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk, a splash of vanilla extract, 1 tbsp of maple syrup, 1/2 tsp of baking soda, 1 chia egg, and frozen or fresh blueberries. Mix everything together and pour into a greased oven-safe mug. Place the mug in a preheated 400 degree oven for 25 minutes, enjoy! 🤗 #eatwithella

Time though - when we're small we just want to hurry up and grow up. Driving was my biggest dream when I wanted to grow up. 🚘And then time just rockets by so fast as you get older. You just want to hit pause for even an hour or a day to get your hugely growing list of things to do done.🕕 Anyways, I'm going to hit pause tonight and sink my spoon into this lush porridge. My middle exclaimed it was the best oatmeal ever- I think it's just been two weeks since she's eaten some yummy warm porridge that wasn't made clumsily in a hotel room with water. 😁

If you'd like to make some delicious porridge, here's the recipe!
🍓 strawberry jam: dice up some fresh strawberries, approx 1 to 2 cups and let it simmer it 2 tsp of maple syrup for 10 minutes on low heat. Remove and add 1 tsp of chia seeds.
🍓 combine 1 cup of mylk, 2 tsp of maca powder, 1-2T of maple syrup, 1 tsp of cinnamon powder into a small pot and let it simmer on low.
🍓 mash 1/2 banana in a bowl and add to the pot and mix.
🍓 add 1/2 cup of oatmeal and let it all mix and combine for 10 minutes on low.

Malaysian Chronicles... ‘Ondeh-Ondeh’ are little glutinous rice flour dumplings filled with ‘gula Melaka’, a dark palm sugar that turns into a delicious, runny treacle when the dumplings are cooked. After the dumplings are boiled in water, they are rolled in fresh coconut, all ready for you to pop into your mouth and wait for the explosion of warm treacly sweetness. Slightly chewy on the outside with an explosion of runny, treacly like palm sugar in the middle.

RECIPE BELOW👇 APPLE & CINNAMON BAKED OATS🍏 I finally tried making baked oats and it's my new favourite breakfast, the top goes all cakey and the middle gooey😍

Ingredients:
40g oats
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 apple
Handful blueberries
150ml almond milk

Method:
Mix together the oats, protein powder, baking powder and cinnamon then stir in the almond milk. Chop the apple into chunks and mix in along with the blueberries. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 mins.

The best savoury breakfast there is💚 Toast with avocado and a poached egg! I've been so drained the past 2 weeks so I have been trying to eat healthily to fuel my body and get more energy, I really notice how sugar makes me feel tired and sluggish. Will also be cooking another batch of black bean brownies to have something sweet to snack on that is still healthy!
