I always loved a good roasted veg for lunch but thought I'd make it even more filling! So this is roasted butternut squash, sweet potato, carrot, sweet pointed pepper, tenderstem broccoli with crispy kale and a fried egg 😍😋
Soooooo delish! And massively filling I could barely eat it all! .

Ik eet eigenlijk zelden aardappelen, omdat ik ze enerzijds niet zo geweldig vind, maar ook omdat ze vaak worden gezien als dikmakers. ❤🌶Spicy Tofu Lover.

I might have spicy tofu about 4 times a week (maybe even more 🙊). It's definitely my go to dish when I'm in a hurry and since I've been in 'a hurry' a lot these past weeks.... I just crumble some tofu and add: -2 to 3 tsp sambal, but that's quite much, so you might wanna start with just one.
-1tsp laos.
-2tsp smoked paprika.
-1 glove of garlic.
-2tsp vinegar or coconut aminos or soy sauce, choose your preference.
-a little bit of honey.

Just pan fry it for a few minutes and add it to a salad, some rice or pasta with veggies.

This nourish bowl is filled with buckwheat, zucchini, eggplant and a lot of avocado.

Ok, I decided to don't eat a lot of carbs, but... 😂😂😂
Today my brother was at home for lunch and I decided to make some burgers, obviously in healthy-style 😜🍔
I used for each burger 100g cereal bread 🍞, 160g (raw) chianina meat 🥩, lattuce and half a tomato 🍅
I also used as side dish some zucchini and fennel 😉🥕
Raw fennel tastes like chips, in my opinion it's an amazing alternative 🍟😂
Of course if you go out with your friends in a pub, take a burger, some fries and a bottle of beer. Please don't be obsessed by your diet😉🍻

Always get dressing on the side so you can control the amount you want. I hate when they ruin a perfectly healthy salad with unwanted oil and calories.  Not to mention I like my salad crisp! .

Always get dressing on the side so you can control the amount you want. I hate when they ruin a perfectly healthy salad with unwanted oil and calories. Not to mention I like my salad crisp! .

Raw fennel tastes like chips, in my opinion it's an amazing alternative 🍟😂

Nevypadá to tak vábně, ale bylo to sakra dobrý! 🤤 kuřecí špíz naložený ve šťávě z limety, sójové omáčky, trošce medu, chilli papričky, jemně nastrouhaného zázvoru a trocha oliváče. Z prudka osmahnuté na pánvi ze všech stran a na 5 minut do rozehřáté trouby 👌🏻 k tomu jsem asi po sto letech udělala bramborovou kaši, orestovala kousky kukuřice, všechno zasypala pokrájenou petrželkou a jarní cibulkou 🤤 omňomňom. 🤩 úžasná svěží chuť která se úplně hodila k dnešnímu prosluněnému, jarnímu dni ☀️🌸 .

All those “miracle” weight loss things that are advertised on Instagram every day is BULL. 
Your body change starts with what you eat!
Don’t get me wrong, I do use detox teas but I also eat healthy.
I don’t eat McDonald’s, Taco Bell, pizza, or Chinese food every single day. If you eat out everyday that’s your first problem.
You can still have a cheat “meal” (NOT cheat “day” cause then it makes it easier for you to binge) 
But everyday you should be getting loads of fiber (vegetables, fruit, beans, seeds), load of protein (meat, fish, eggs, greek yogurt) a good amount of fats (avocados, nuts, cheese, eggs) and a good amount of carbs (pasta, rice, bread, dairy products, oatmeal, granola)
Everything portioned correctly and creating a balanced diet can and WILL promote weight loss! Some faster, some slower than others. I lost an extreme amount of weight since I started in early January, 35+lbs. 
No starvation.
No miracle product.
Simply just decided to create a healthier life style.
I 100% changed my outlook on life in the best way possible.
Still plan to continue growing, no one is perfect and there will always be something a person can improve.
It starts with yourself.
Stop having unrealistic goals and expectations.
If you change your way of thinking what food is, know that food is honestly only really for survival, to keep us energized, healthy and alive. Yes you can “enjoy” good foods from time to time but stop focusing so much on eating.
Life is so much more then a meal.

Go to a cute little local farm stand and pick up some fresh fruits and veggies! I’m sure you’ll spend less doing that than ordering those little pies from dominoes almost every night (like I did 😆)

Merhabaa😊 Bugün öğle yemeğimde tavuk ızgara vardı. Pilavı ve makarnanın yarısını yemedim. Tabağımda olan her şeyi yemek için eskiden kendimi zorlardım şimdi ise doyduktan sonra tabağımda kalanları yemeye çalışmıyorum. Ara öğün olarak da 2.fotoğraftaki sütü içtim. Bugün gerçekten çok yorucu ve yoğun bir gün geçirdim, sabah 9dan akşam 4e kadar dersim vardı ancak paylaşabildim yemeğimi.😕

Poireaux et carottes vapeur, mélange haricots rouges et maïs, œufs brouillés avec un peu de beurre et pain d'engrain (aussi appelé petit épeautre).
J'ai fait ma vinaigrette préférée, miel-moutarde :
-2cs d'huile d'olive
-1cs de vinaigre de cidre
-1cc de moutarde
-1cc de miel liquide

C'est sain et c'est bon pour manger équilibré sans perdre tout le plaisir lors d'un repas, cette sauce est idéale ! Bonne semaine les gourmands !

I made my favourite dressing, honey and mustard:
-2spoons olive oil
-1spoon cider vinegar
-1ts mustard
-1ts liquid honey

It's healthy and delicious so you can eat a balanced meal without loosing all pleasuret. This dressing is the best! Enjoy your week gourmet friends !
