All those “miracle” weight loss things that are advertised on Instagram every day is BULL.
Your body change starts with what you eat!
Don’t get me wrong, I do use detox teas but I also eat healthy.
I don’t eat McDonald’s, Taco Bell, pizza, or Chinese food every single day. If you eat out everyday that’s your first problem.
You can still have a cheat “meal” (NOT cheat “day” cause then it makes it easier for you to binge)
But everyday you should be getting loads of fiber (vegetables, fruit, beans, seeds), load of protein (meat, fish, eggs, greek yogurt) a good amount of fats (avocados, nuts, cheese, eggs) and a good amount of carbs (pasta, rice, bread, dairy products, oatmeal, granola)
Everything portioned correctly and creating a balanced diet can and WILL promote weight loss! Some faster, some slower than others. I lost an extreme amount of weight since I started in early January, 35+lbs.
No miracle product.
Simply just decided to create a healthier life style.
I 100% changed my outlook on life in the best way possible.
Still plan to continue growing, no one is perfect and there will always be something a person can improve.
It starts with yourself.
Stop having unrealistic goals and expectations.
If you change your way of thinking what food is, know that food is honestly only really for survival, to keep us energized, healthy and alive. Yes you can “enjoy” good foods from time to time but stop focusing so much on eating.
Life is so much more then a meal.
Go to a cute little local farm stand and pick up some fresh fruits and veggies! I’m sure you’ll spend less doing that than ordering those little pies from dominoes almost every night (like I did 😆)
