Heute Mittag gab es bei mir Ravioli-Auflauf und es hat so gut geschmeckt! Ich benutze die @yazio App nun seit ein paar Wochen und die Rezepte sind himmlisch!😍
•Rezept für 2 Portionen:
-Tomaten, stückig (250g)
-Ravioli mit Spinat- oder Tomatenfüllung (125g)
-Baby-Spinat (100g)
-Mozzarella, gerieben (100g)
•Zubereitung:
-Den Ofen auf 200°C vorheizen.
-Zu Beginn die Hälfte aller Zutaten in einer Auflaufform schichten.
-Als erstes die Tomaten auf dem Boden verteilen, nachher die Raviolis und mit dem Spinat alles gut überdecken. Zum Schluss den geriebenen Mozzarella darüber streuen.
-Alles nochmal wiederholen.
-Den Auflauf für ca.25 Minuten in den Ofen geben.

Tea time! And why not incorporating the tea into my muffins?
So I made it! Save this post for your next high tea with your friends:

1/2 cup water
1 herbal tea bag (I used the Night Time from @theworldofasha )
½ Cup flour (half oat flour and half coconut flour)
1 tsp coconut sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg .

1	Boil the water, either on the stove or pop in the microwave for 1 min. Add the tea bag and let it steep for at least 15 min.  2	While the tea steeps, whisk together the remaining ingredients in a medium bowl. Add the tea, and stir just until incorporated. 
180 degrees for 15min and ready to enjoy 😊 .

Segue a receita que eu fiz:

1/2 de água

Tea time! And why not incorporating the tea into my muffins?
So I made it! Save this post for your next high tea with your friends:

1/2 cup water
1 herbal tea bag (I used the Night Time from @theworldofasha )
½ Cup flour (half oat flour and half coconut flour)
1 tsp coconut sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg .

1 Boil the water, either on the stove or pop in the microwave for 1 min. Add the tea bag and let it steep for at least 15 min. 2 While the tea steeps, whisk together the remaining ingredients in a medium bowl. Add the tea, and stir just until incorporated.
180 degrees for 15min and ready to enjoy 😊 .

INGREDIENTS
For the broccoli rice
4 cups broccoli florets about 2 small crowns
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 green onion thinly sliced, white and green parts separated
For the Sauce
¼ cup hoisin sauce
¼ cup water
1 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seed oil
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
For the beef
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced across the grain
Salt and pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
1. To make the riced broccoli, process the broccoli florets in a blender or food processor until you get a riced texture. Heat a pan with olive oil on medium, add the garlic and the white parts of the green onions and fry until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Add the riced broccoli to the mixture and toss together until the broccoli slightly softens, about 2-4 minutes. Divide the broccoli between 4 bowls and wipe clean the pan with a paper towel
2. To make the sauce, whisk together the ingredients in a small bowl or a small blender. Set aside.
3. To cook the steak, season with salt and pepper. Then heat the pan used for broccoli rice with olive oil on medium-high. Place the steak strips on the pan in a single layer and cook for 1-2 minutes per side to brown each steak strip. You many need to cook in batches. Add the sauce to the steak and reduce the heat to low. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, stirring to coat and allowing the sauce to thicken.
4. Serve the steak on top of the riced broccoli, and garnish with the green parts of the green onions and red pepper flakes.

We've been keeping pretty active while on vacation!
I wake up in the morning and do my plyometric workouts and we walk EVERYWHERE! Usually 20km+ each day!
I'll admit I'm getting homesick for my gym and gym family @alloutfitness_training 
Everything else at home I could do without tho 😄
Today we hiked through the Kuala Lumpur Eco park, which is the only natural rainforest in the middle of a city worldwide! •

Filling: 1cup and half cashews (soaked in water 2h), 3/4 soja cream, 2tbsp melted coconut oil, 1/4 cup honey 🍯, 2 tbsp Carob powder and 1tbsp @vega_team chocolate protein powder. Blend all together and pour it on top of the base🔹
Top layer: 1/2 cup cashews (soaked in water overnight) and 1 cup soja cream. Blend all and cover the cake with it 🙌🏼

Decent taste - High Range Preserve. 
A little heavy on the sweetness but it does have nice big pieces of strawberry. It's all natural and none of that awful artificial color or flavor that comes in a lot of the cheaper jams. To be fair, one does expect these preserves to be sweet and for most folks it's probably ok. The flavors are not as rich as a Bhuira jam which I feel is vastly superior in taste and texture. But in all I really enjoyed the actual chunks of strawberry in the jam! .
