Honey garlic chipotle salmon 👉🏻 *recipe* 1) in a bowl, combine 1 tbsp. honey (I used manuka), 1/4 tsp. chipotle chili powder, 1 tbsp. melted ghee or butter, a punch or salt + a punch of pepper. Falsa fruit is available in India during the months of May and June, which are the peak hot months.

A very delicate and perishable fruit, falsa is difficult to transport. This is one of the reasons it is not available throughout the world. When consumed during the summer, it provides a much-needed cooling effect. It is mostly eaten fresh, with a sprinkling of salt and black pepper. Tequila Shrimp Taco Salad

1 pound raw peeled and deveined shrimp
4 tablespoons(Tb) olive oil
2 Tb tequila
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 lime, juiced and zested
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 tsp each cumin, salt, and pepper 
2 (4-inch) tortillas, cut into pieces
1 to 2 teaspoons olive oil, if needed
6 to 8 cups spring greens
3 radishes, diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 jalapeño pepper, thinly sliced
1 avocado, thinly sliced
1/2 cup sweet corn
3 Tb chopped fresh cilantro
queso fresco cheese, crumbled
salt and pepper, for taste
honey garlic vinaigrette 
2 Tb red wine vinegar
1 1/2 Tb honey
3 garlic cloves, minced or pressed
1 lime, juiced and zested
6 Tb olive oil
directions:
Place the shrimp in a bowl or large resealable bag. Whisk together the oil, tequila, garlic, lime juice and zest chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Pour it over the shrimp and toss well. Let it sit for 20 to 30 minutes. While the shrimp is marinating, prepare and chop the rest of your salad ingredients.

Heat your grill, a large skillet or pan over medium heat. Add the shrimp (most likely in one or two batches) and cook until golden and opaque, barely 2 to 3 minutes per side. Set the shrimp on a plate.

To that same skillet, you can add your tortilla pieces. If there is residual from the shrimp, it will be enough to toast the tortillas, but if you need it, add teaspoon or 2 of oil or butter. Add the tortilla pieces into the skillet and cook until golden and crispy on both sides, about 2 minutes per side. Remove the tortillas and place them on a paper towel to drain any excess grease.

To assemble the salad, fill the bowl with the greens. Top with the shrimp, radish, tomatoes, peppers, avocado, corn and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper.

Whisk together the, vinegar, honey, garlic, lime juice and zest. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Whisk in the olive oil to emulsify the dressing. This keeps well in the fridge!

Hi y’all! Phew it’s been a few days! I’ve been so occupied with life outside Instagram and could barely find it in me to post + my phone fell and totally shattered sooo..... ⠀

Anyways I’m back and here’s a Left over pancakes meal I had while I was gone 🤤. It was so good with some wild blueberry Jam, bananas and muesli.  Mmmm⠀

I didn't know homemade banana pancakes freeze and warm up so perfectly! I've learned I've more thing to simplify eating. Make my favorite things in batch and the to eat when needed. I've been freezing beans, blanched veggies, success, smoothies and now pancakes. ⠀

Omlet białkowy! Dawno nie było fot jedzenia! A więc łapcie. Na dzisiejsze śniadanie wjechał jogurtowy omlet z wiśniami. Brakowało mi tego smaku ☺️

Domingo é aquele dia em que sinto um misto de sensações, ora uma alegria imensa porque estamos todos juntos e bem, ora uma desolação tremenda porque a cada momento vejo a segunda-feira aproximar-se... Também sentem isto?

O pequeno almoço de hoje foram papas aveia e pêra.

Numa caçarola coloquei 120ml de água, 3 colheres de sopa de flocos de aveia da @provida.vida.saudavel. Depois adicionei uma pêra. Tapei e deixei cozer uns 10 minutos (é importante ir mexendo). Simples e deliciosas, uma maravilha!

One of those meals that makes you go 🥰. You guyyss. This crispy combo (exhibit a: salmon; exhibit b: hasselback potato rounds) was all kinds of cozy and good! ☺️. Eating salmon on Sunday feels so conformist (who else is on the #salmonsunday train today? 🙋🏼‍♀️), but in the absolute best way 😍.

Honey garlic chipotle salmon 👉🏻

1) in a bowl, combine 1 tbsp. honey, 1/4 tsp. chipotle chili powder, 1 tbsp. melted ghee or butter, a punch or salt + a punch of pepper. Spread evenly over two 4-6 oz. salmon filets (you can easily double this to serve four)
.
2) in a pan, heat 1 tsp. ghee or oil for a minute; add salmon filets, skin side up, and sear for 3 mins.; flip, and cook an additional 3-4 mins. 🌶🍯 •• crispy garlic-parmesan hasselback potato rounds 🥔 (just baked a hasselback potato (recipe in my stories) and then fanned the rounds on the plate) •• grilled asparagus parmesan and red pepper.

Dressing / Marinade:
⅓ cup honey
3 tablespoons whole grain mustard
2 tablespoons smooth and mild Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Salt to season
4 skinless and boneless chicken thighs or chicken breasts
For Salad:
¼ cup diced bacon, trimmed of rind and fat
4 cups Romaine lettuce leaves, washed
1 cup sliced grape or cherry tomatoes
1 large avocado, pitted and sliced
¼ cup corn kernels
¼ of a red onion, sliced
INSTRUCTIONS
Whisk marinade / dressing ingredients together to combine. Pour half the marinade into a shallow dish to marinade the chicken fillets for two hours if time allows. Refrigerate the reserved untouched marinade to use as a dressing.
Heat a nonstick pan (or grill pan or skillet) over medium heat with about a teaspoon of oil and sear / grill chicken fillets on each side until golden, crispy and cooked through. (Grill in batches to prevent excess water being released.) Once chicken is cooked, set aside and allow to rest.
Wipe pan over with paper towel; drizzle with another teaspoon of oil and fry the bacon until crispy.
Slice chicken into strips and prepare salad with leaves, tomatoes, avocado slices, corn, onion strips and chicken.
Whisk 2 tablespoons of water into the remaining untouched marinade / dressing and drizzle over the salad. Sprinkle the bacon over the top and season with a little extra salt and cracked pepper (optional).
