AVEIA ADORMECIDA DE MORANGO

Este é o pequeno-almoço ideal para quando sabemos que vamos ter uma manhã mais apressada sem tempo para estar a fazer ovos mexidos ou tapioca ou o que seja que demore mais algum tempo de preparação. A aveia adormecida é preparada no dia anterior e quando acordamos é só colocar 1 minuto no microondas e disfrutar. 🍀😘📸

Ingredientes:
• 1/3 do copo de flocos de aveia;
• 1 colher de sopa de sementes de chia;
• Bebida vegetal de amêndoa (sem açúcar) até encher 2/3 do copo;
• Morangos, chia e granola de frutos secos e pepitas da @goingnuts_portugal  para decorar.

Coloquei os flocos e a chia, envolvi e enchi até 2/3 do copo com a bebida vegetal. Mexi bem até estar tudo bem misturado, coloquei película no topo para selar e pus no frigorífico. Triturei com um garfo 4 morangos e reservei. Hoje de manhã foi só colocar a aveia adormecida durante um minuto no microondas, cobrir com a esmagada de morango e decorar a gosto! 🤤🍓❤️
