Today on #tastythursday,  I'm presenting grain-free Egg Paratha or grain-free Indian flatbread filled with egg. I have used a combination of Raw Banana flour and Coconut Flour. This delicious dish is low in glycemic index, high in fiber and nutrients. Raw (green) banana flour is rich in vitamin E, Potassium, zinc , magnesium,  helps in lowering cholesterol,  good for heart health.  Coconut flour is high in fiber, promotes digestion,  low in carbohydrates,  gluten free. Also filling this with beaten eggs, adds that dose of protein 😋

🍰🍫🍋Kako je četvrtak kao mali petak, nije na odmet neka ideja za slatki užitak vikendom bez osećaja krivice! 😉 Ne mogu da se odlučim da li je ova torta strava zato što se sprema jako brzo ili zato što je puna zdravih namirnica?! Ako neko uspe da je pojede za manje od jednog dana neka mi se javi! 😇🙋🏼‍♀ Brza čoko sirova torta 🍰🍫 Podloga:
2 šolje oraha 
2 šolje urmi

Orahe usitniti u multipraktiku, nakon toga dodati urme i sve zajedno miksati dok ne postanu jedna smesa. Zatim celu smesu prebaciti u tacnu za tortu i utapkati smesu na dno. Tacnu odložite u frižider dok spremate fil. 
Fil:
3 šolje indijskog oraha 
1 šolja lešnika 🌰
4 kašike rogača (može i kakao)
2 šolje vode 💧
sok od 2 limuna 🍋
1 šolja urmi
1/2 šolje maslinovog ulja (ili kokosovog ulja)
1 kašičica ekstrakta vanile 
Dodajte sve sastojke u blender i blendirajte dok smesa ne postane kao gušći jogurt. Ukoliko je previše vodenasta dodajte još lešnika, indijskog oraha ili urmi. Ako je previše gusta dodajte više vode. Izvadite tacnu sa podlogom iz frižidera i na nju dodajte smesu za fil. Ostavite da se slegne i očvrsne najmanje 12 sati. Za dekoraciju možete dodati usitnjene orahe. Uživajte! 🥰

Rogač je biljka slična kakau, po nutritivnoj vrednosti se razlikuju po mastima koje su prisutne u kakau dok ih u 1 šolji rogača ima manje od 1g, suprotno od toga rogač ima više šećera tako da na 2 kašike unesete oko 6g šećera. I am that annoying sibling who always would eat her vegetables. I love vegetables so much that my parents genuinely thought something was wrong with me. For me, my  most satisfying meal is big bowl of grilled vegetables

On a side note: Am I the only one who loves Brussel sprouts?? I see people who despise them and I have also heard people who say that they have to find different ways to make Brussel sprouts taste better. I simply just love Brussel sprouts and can just eat it grilled

Today’s dinner is Pumpkin Thail yellow curry (I mean I put all the vegetables invented by mankind). I sautéed the vegetables in olive oil along with onions, garlic, ginger and spring onions. I blend coconut milk, Thai curry paste, mint leaves and walnuts. I put the blended curry to the cooked vegetables and finished it off with salt to taste

My husband had it with Basmati rice.I had it with a side of more vegetables and multi grain bread . . .

¡Buenos dias chicos! Venga a dejarle una receta de unas espectaculares hamhurguesas de lenteja 😍🍔

🔶️Ingredientes:🔶️
🔹️250 gr. de lentejas
🔸️50 gr. de harina de trigo integral
🔹️1 cebolla
🔸️3 dientes de ajo
🔹️Sal y perejil
🔸️Aceite de oliva
Consejos: también se puede usar pan rallado para rebozar las hamburguesas antes de freírlas.

🔷️Cómo preparar las hamburguesas de lentejas:🔷️
1- Poner las lentejas de remojo durante unas 4 o 5 horas.
2- Cocer las lentejas en agua caliente con sal y cuando estén tiernas, sacarlas del fuego y colarlas para quitarles todo el líquido.
3- Cuando las lentejas estén secas, verterlas en un bol y con la ayuda de un tenedor, batidora o un procesador de alimentos, batir las lentejas hasta conseguir una pasta. Nosotros hemos preferido no batirlas tanto y dejar algunas lentejas enteras. Claro que todo depende del gusto de cada persona.
4- En otro bol, mezclar la cebolla rallada, los ajos muy bien picados, la sal, el perejil y la harina.
5- Verter esta mezcla a la pasta de lentejas y mezclar para que se forme una masa. Reservar la masa por unos minutos.
6- Mientras tanto, poner aceite para calentar en una sartén.
7- Formar las hamburguesas con la mano. Si ves necesario, pasarlas por pan rallado o harina.
8- Freír las hamburguesas por ambos lados hasta que tenga un color dorado, a fuego medio para no quemarlas.
9- Y aquí tienes nuestras hamburguesas. Para acompañarlas, nada mejor que una buena ensalada de lechugas y tomates. ¡Que las disfrutes!

The antioxidant loaded dessert and a guilt free dessert is here.Enjoy it hassle free and have a look  Ingredients:

2 fresh carrots

1/2 litre milk

2 tbsp ghee

5 cashewnuts/kaju

5 almonds/badam

3 cardamoms/elaichi

1 cup sugar/1 cup milkmaid

For garnishing:

few saffron strands

5-6 sliced almonds and cashewnuts sauteed in ghee

Instructions

Step 1:

Wash the carrots, cut off their heads, peel them.

Grate the carrots with the help of a grater and place them aside.

Heat 1 1/2 tbsp ghee in a pan, add the grated carrots, saute them for 10 minutes on low flame.

Place them aside.

Step 2:

In a pan, add 1 tsp ghee and heat it.

Add 5 cashewnuts, 5 almonds and saute them for few seconds.

Take them out in a bowl.

Take a jar, add the sauteed cashewnuts, almonds, 3 cardamoms.

Blend them into a fine powder.

Place them aside.

Making of carrot kheer:

Take a non stick sauce pan, add 500 ml milk, bring the milk to a boil on low flame.

After one boil, let the milk simmer for few more minutes.

Add the sauteed grated carrots into the milk.

Cook the carrots for atleast 10-15 minutes on low flame and keep stirring.

Add the blended powder of cashewnuts, almonds and cardamom.

Keep stirring and keep cooking for 5-10 minutes.

Lastly add milkmaid/sugar into it and cook for 5 minutes.

Garnish with sliced cashewnuts, almonds and few strands of saffron.

Switch off the flame.

Allow it cool down for 5-10 minutes.

Serve hot in sweet bowls.

sonth powder (dry ginger powder)-2 tsp

mustard oil – for deep frying

for dough –

Wheat Flour – 2 cup, kuttu flour - 1.5 cup

hot mustard oil – 4 tbspn

water -for kneading

Procedure –

mix the stuffing ingredients

make a smooth, tight dough with dough ingredients

cover the dough with wet cloth for half an hour.

Remove the cloth and mush the dough to make it soft . Make small round pieces from the dough. Cover these round shaped pieces with a wet cloth. Take out one small piece and flatten it in about 4 inch (diameter), with the help of a roller. Now keep this in a big plate. Repeat this for remaining dough, and keep them in the big plate. . Put the flatted dough on your palm and put some mixture on it.

Fold and close it and cut it in spiral shape on the thinner side.Gujiya making – . Put the flatted dough on your palm and put some mixture on it. Fold and close it and press on the thinner side.  Put the flatted dough on the gujiya cast and put some mixture on it. Apply little water on the sides and, close and press the cast.

You can use any of the methods outlined above to fill the gujiyas. Crepes di avena ripiene di crema di carciofi e pecorino fresco Calabrese 😎💜 Ultimamente sto soffrendo di una leggera insonnia. Ho difficoltà a prendere sonno, e che questo sia profondo e ristorativo.
Da qui il ritorno ai fornelli terapueticamente... Non mi dilungo nella spiegazione ayurvedica che può sembrare un po' ostica al principio... Ma lo squilibrio che sto vivendo può essere attenuato dall'introdurre nella mia dieta piu' cereali, meglio se integrali, come l'avena ed il riso. Una ragione bioenergetica è che i grani, contenendo in predominanza gli elementi acqua e terra, sono pesanti quindi riportano alla terra e calmano. La spiegazione più comune è che sono ricchi di triptofano, amminoacido precursore della melatonina... E visto che anche il latte ed i derivati lo contengono.... Za dve osobe
4 integralne tortilje 
400g šampinjona 🍄
2 šolje paradajz soka 🍅
1 .5 šolja kukuruza 🌽
1 šolja crnog pasulja
1 avokado 🥑
1 crni luk
1 mladi luk
so, biber, čili

Baby Mix salata 🥬

Uključiti rernu na 200 stepeni. 
Skuvati crni pasulj i kukuruz šećerac i ostaviti da se ocede i prohlade. 
Šampinjoni u paradajz soku 🍄🍅
Dodajte 1 kašiku maslinovog ulja u tiganj i izdinstajte crni luk 2-3 minuta. Dodati šampinjone i ostaviti da se kuvaju oko 15-20 minuta, ukoliko je potrebno dodajte vodu. Kada su šampinjoni gotovi i voda isparila, dodajte paradajz sok i kuvajte još 5-10 minuta. 
Avokado namaz 🥑
U posebnoj činiji viljuškom ispasirajte avokado i dodajte iseckani mladi luk, so i biber. 
Uzeti prvu tortilju i premazati sa avokado namazom, dodati pasulj, kukuruz i šampinjone u paradajz sosu i smotati kao palačinku. Poređati tortilje u pleh i zapeći u rerni oko 10 minuta. Uživajte! 🤗

Bereid 100g couscous zoals aangegeven op de verpakking. Laat wat afkoelen. Splits 2 eieren en klop het eiwit stijf met een snuifje zout. 
Meng de couscous met het eigeel, 250g #almhof Griekse yoghurt 0%, 200g gehalveerde blauwe druiven, vloeibare zoetstof, rumaroma, 10g bloem en 1kl bakpoeder.
Spatel er het opgeklopt eiwit door.
Doe in een met bakpapier beklede bakvorm en bak in een oven van 200graden gedurende 45min.
