Desde hace tiempo atrás, tenía en mente el reto de preparar una gelatina totalmente natural, con el dulce propio de la fruta..... Y que mejor que con el  Super Mango...una de las frutas más deliciosas y beneficiosas, por ayudar con la digestión, ser antioxidante, reducción del colesterol malo, aporte de vitamina k para fortalecer nuestros huesos, aporte de hierro contra la anemia, entre otros.... Y además la gelatina nos ayuda como fuente de colágeno para nuestros tendones y articulaciones...
Simplemente cocinamos 2 tazas de pulpa de mango, hasta lograr una consistencia homogénea. Luego diluimos en 1 taza de agua hirviendo, 1 Cda de gelatina sin sabor y agregamos el mango. Mezclamos bien y a la nevera por un par de horas o hasta el día siguiente....👩‍🍳👩‍🍳👩‍🍳

Mango....one of the greatest fruits, due to its benefits, such as: * help digestion, * antioxidant, * reduction of bad colesterol, * vitamin k to strength our bones, *iron supply, among others... Also the Jelly provides collagen for our tendons and joints.
Just cook 2 cups of Mango slices, until we get an homogeneous consistency. Then we mix a spoon of natural Jelly in one cup of boiling water, and then we add the mango. Refrigerate for a couple of hours or until next day..👩‍🍳👩‍🍳👩‍🍳

Banging Sunday Roast - Roast Beef 
Ingredients 
1 beef joint (1kg)
3 potatoes
4 Carrots 
4 Parsnips 
2 onions 
2 celeries 
1 spoon honey 
1 spoon mustard 
3 eggs 
200ml milk 
flour 
1 pack peas
2 rashers bacon 
Butter 
4 cloves garlic 
Method - Roast Beef

Roughly chop the carrots, celery, onion and garlic and put in a baking tray. Season the beef well with olive oil salt and pepper then fry each side until nicely sealed and browned. Place the beef on top of the veg and bake at 200 degrees for 50 mins for medium rare. 
Method - Roast Potatoes 
Peel and chop the potatoes into even size then par boil for 10 mins whilst you heat up some butter and olive oil in a roasting tin. Drain the potatoes and give them a bash to fluff them out then place into the hot oil, butter and evenly coat and add salt and pepper. Oven bake for around 1 hour turning once. 
Method - Honey mustard glazed carrots and parsnips

Peel and chop into even pieces, coat in olive oil, honey, mustard, salt and pepper and bake for 45 minutes 
Method - Bacon, garlic, butter peas

Finely chop the bacon and fry while you boil the green beans for 5 minutes. Add garlic and butter to the bacon when it’s almost done. Drain the green beans, add the bacon and garlic and serve with some more butter. 
Method - Yorkshire pudding 
Whisk 3 large eggs, 200ml of milk and 4 spoons of flour in a large bowl and add a pinch of salt and set aside. Preheat the oven to 200 and add some sunflower oil into a muffin tin. Heat up for about 10 minutes until really hot then quickly but carefully pour in the batter. It should sizzle with the oil as it begins to cook. Put back in oven for 15-20 mins and make sure not to open the oven until it’s done.

⚠️Ich persönlich mag den Begriff “VEGAN” nicht. Denn mir ist aufgefallen dass viele Veganer nicht gerade gesünder leben als “Fleisch/Fischesser”. Wann mich jemand fragt was ich esse dann lautet meine Antwort “Alles was meine Seele begehrt.” Und meine Seele begehrt keine Tierische Produkte, keine Schadstoffe, Chemikalien, Emulgatoren, Giftstoffe, Zusatzmittel, Farbstoffe ect. 
Meine Seele begehrt nur FRISCHE Lebensmittel!!! Leider ist es heutzutage schwieriger FRISCHE Produkte zu finden daher die meisten Lebensmittel verarbeitet werden.💉 Das nennt man Vergiftung.💉 Es stecken so viele Giftstoffe  auch in “Gesunde” Produkten drin. Das ist alles nur Vermarktung. Z.b “Vegane Müsli Riegel” nur weil auf der Verpackung die Wörter “Vegan/Gesund/Fitness/Protein/Bio” ect. drauf stehen, heisst es noch lange nicht das diese nicht schädlich sind. 
Diese Schadstoffe sind in kleinen Mengen zugeteilt & bewirken deine Gesundheit mit der Zeit. (Z.b Krebs oder Diabetes: ein riesiger Geldmacher) Grosse Mengen würde unser ImmunSYSTEM nicht ausstehen. Und die Gesellschaft würde sofort merken das da was nicht stimmt, mit den Produkten auf dem Markt. Genauso ist es mit der Pflanze Marijuana. Die REINE Pflanze OHNE NIKOTIN ist eine andere Welt. Schamanen z.b rauchen/essen reine, selbstgepflanzte Pflanzen.🔮 Wieso “Sie” uns vergiften möchten, könnt ihr selber herausfinden. Die neugierigen sind die schlauen.👁🔺 Ich bleibe TREU zu meiner Seele, meinem Körper und meinem Verstand🙏🏽 .

La oportunidad de cambiar está latente día a día, solo es cuestión de actitud y de ganas, hoy te comparto los tips básicos que yo fui haciendo gradualmente y con consciencia para llegar a tener un estilo de vida que quería, con salud, amor, bienestar y ahí la llevo, como me ha resultado te los comparto:
Tip 1.- Prepara tus alimentos para que sean los más deseados por tu familia, ellos lo agradecerán, pero sobre todo para tí. Por ejemplo es básico en casa abrir el refrigerador y encontrar un arco iris de sabor, alimentos vivos, rebana, corta, pela cosas ricas, y ponlas a la vista, te aseguro que cuando menos lo imagines los colores los atraerán, el hambre es canija.

Tip 2.- Reduce los químicos en tu cocina, desinfecta con gotas de toronja, agua oxigenada y/o vinagre y seca antes de meterlos a tu refrigerador; prepara tus alimentos para que sean los más deseados por tu familia, ellos lo agradecerán.

1 medium sized Chicken Breast
1 small avocado (peeled and sliced)
2 table spoon olive oil (divided)
Fresh basil Lemon or lime (whatever you have handy) Salt and Pepper . 
Pan sear chicken with one table spoon olive oil with salt pepper and any spices you enjoy 
Once chicken is cooked, chop. On a platter arrange chicken, avocado and tomatoes.

(Makes 2 servings - Landon is getting some lunch for his night shift tonight! 😘)

- Chicken: 1/4 tbsp of soy sauce, 1/4 tbsp Dijon mustard, 1 tbsp 100% pure maple syrup, garlic + thyme. Bake at 425° until chicken reaches an internal temperature of at least 165° (approximately 12-15 minutes)

Sides: 1 large sweet potato diced, baked at 425° for 20 minutes. 1 medium apple diced coated in 100% maple syrup and cinnamon. Mix with sweet potatoes, and bake for an additional 20 minutes until golden brown.

String beans tossed in avocado oil, salt and pepper to taste. Baked at 425° for 10 minutes.

Matcha smoothies are a great pre or post workout snack. Matcha powder is a concentrated form of green tea with many touted health benefits. 
My recipe includes protein and omega packed hemp seeds. Matcha contains caffeine but less than half a cup of coffee and hemp seeds have trace amounts of THC. 
The recipe for this delicious, quick, green and a kid approved Matcha smoothie is on my blog. I used my Vitamix but any blender will work. Enjoy!!!

2 xícaras de Quinoa em grãos cozida- usei mix de quinoas da @temperosweb (branca, vermelha e preta)👉Lembre! Fazer remolho do grão sempre!!)

2 col chá de temperos (cúrcuma, pimenta preta em pó e canela) 
2 col chá de sal 
1/4 xic nozes e amendoas picadas (acrescentei por conta propria, deu uma crocancia super especial!)
Gergelim torrado (opcional para cobrir)-substituí por amêndoa laminada
Modo de Preparo:
1. Cozinhar Quinoa em grãos e reservar;
2. Assar abóbora cabotiá no forno (ou cozinhar no vapor), retirar a polpa e esmagar com garfo 
3. Bater no processador cebola, cheiro Verde, hortelã, suco de limão e azeite. 
4. Juntar todos os ingredientes em uma única tigela, mexer bem acrescentando os temperos e sal. 
5. Colocar em forma untada, ajeitar com uma espátula, e cortar com a faca no sentido transversal (idem foto acima) e assar por 30 minutos ou até secar e dourar a superfície.
5. Servir com delicadeza, espremer limão e regar azeite de oliva.

Next week I want to aim to increase my healthy fats a little more. I’m guilty of neglecting these in my diet and simply missing them out of my meals. However healthy fats are so important to stable blood sugars and kickstart that metabolism. My aim for next week is to include on source of healthy fats with each meal. I’m hoping this will keep the digestion moving and reduce my bloating.

Cooking at home is so important for getting results. When I cooked the bacon 🥓 there was so much grease coming out of it, I bet in more restaurants they wouldn’t d take that grease out, which would account for hundreds of more calories on your food. -
Also I left a little bit of the same bacon grease to cook my two eggs 🍳 so I didn’t have to add any seasoning to the wrap, which made it even healthier. -
I added 2oz cheese on a whole wheat wrap, and I tell you I devoured it in less than two minutes 😋

🔪 Sauce: gochujang sauce, balsamic vinegar, grapefruit-zest-infused olive oil (zest + evoo + heat), black pepper, cayenne pepper, and sumac
🔪 Grapefruit: Grapefruit
🔪 Directions: Mix your sauces to taste, dip the grapefruit wedges in, then toss them on a dry, hot surface, turning until desired caramelization occurs (I only waited for them to "stick," not blacken)

motivation sunday, the past couple weeks have been hard, I started a new job and my routine had been out of wack! Babe doesn't get home at a reasonable time which means the gym door doesn't open for us until WAY after 7/8pm. Dinners are late our sleep schedules are awful (well babe can't get in a solid 5 hours if his life depended on it) weekends I feel like have been going by in a blink of an eye and here we are half way through Sunday and babe has food poisoning 😢. .
they aren't planned, but everyone has a setback. It's just our time, but good news  we will power through and come out on top!

Colorful Crockpot Chili
This one is a family favorite! I’m making it on this rainy day:). Serves 4
Per serving: 1 lean, 3 green, 3 condiments -1 ½ lbs grass-fed ground 90-94% lean beef or bison/pork/chicken/etc
– 2 small bell peppers, diced
– 3 cloves garlic, minced – 1, 14.5-oz can diced roasted tomatoes (16oz)
– 1, 8-oz can no sugar added tomato sauce (16oz)
– 2 cups mushrooms – ½ Tbsp chili powder
-1/2 tsp onion powder
– ½ Tbsp cumin
– 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
Brown ground beef and drain off excess fat. Put meat into the crock pot. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours. .
