Turkey Noodle Casserole

Ingredients:
1 cup Raw Celery
2 cup Raw Peppers, Green
8 oz Shirataki Noodles
4 oz Cheese, cheddar, reduced fat, shredded
2 cup Raw Tomatoes, crushed, canned
1/2 cup Raw Onion
2 lb Turkey, ground, 93% lean (raw)
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 350° F
2. Prep your ingredients. Dice the celery and bell peppers into small pieces. Mince the onion.
3. Brown meat; drain excess fat.
4. Add celery, onion, and green pepper and saute until soft, about two minutes.
5. Add tomatoes.
6. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until vegetables are tender, about 30 minutes.
6. Mix meat and vegetables with noodles in a casserole dish.
7. Top with cheese bake until cheese is bubbly.

I’m back home for spring break right now and I’m just so excited for a break! (Came home Thursday night actually but I’ve already been busy!) Haha But it’s also weird to think that this is my last real spring break 😱 Good thing I have fun plans and also plan to chill, relax and get ahead on schoolwork 😊 Can’t wait to see Hamilton (finally!!) and SKI again! 
I made this beautiful bright purple cauli oats the other day and it was awesome! Haha I just added a big handful of frozen wild blueberries and let the magic happen! 😂 Topped this goodness with @kindsnacks raspberry granola clusters and some fresh blueberries. And, of course, cauli oats inspired by the one and only @plentyandwellwithnat 😊😋

- two garlic cloves (optional for IBS)

Roast pine nuts and blend everything together. - 40g Basilikum - 80ml Öl - 40g Pinienkerne
- 2 Knoblauchzehen (optional für Reizdarm) 
Pinienkerne rösten, danach alles zusammen mixen.

沒加麵粉會太甜!沒加牛奶會太乾!200度會太焦!
試做了第四次才做出這個好吃的比例
不管是當早餐或健身完當點心吃都很適合
(如果只有吃鬆餅的話是297大卡)
烤的時候超級香的,熱熱吃真的很好吃
香蕉跟蛋白粉的甜就夠了不需要再加蜂蜜
如果想吃鹹的可以把起司撕小片放在鬆餅糊裡一起烤
(加起司是我第三次做的,鹹鹹甜甜的超好吃,但是不小心烤太焦了拍起來不好看😅)
《高蛋白原味鬆餅》
1.蛋白粉和麵粉過篩,香蕉壓成泥
2.步驟1和蛋液及「40g牛奶」混合均勻
2.一匙ㄧ匙平舖在烘焙紙上
3.烤箱180度烤10分鐘,翻面再烤10分鐘
(也可以用不沾鍋煎,我用烤箱因為可以不用顧也不用洗鍋子!)

Pelengkap : 
Kentang goreng, coleslaw

Cara Memasak
Langkah 1
Parut tempe.Campur parutan tempe, daging giling dan garam.Bulat dan pipihkan adonan.

Langkah 2
Kocok telur. Balut isian burger ke telur lalu Sajiku®® Tepung Bumbu.

Langkah 3
Langsung goreng dengan api sedang hingga matang, angkat, dan sajikan.

I love experimenting with plant milks as my sister has lots of allergies and I can still share treats with her. @australiasown Organic Rice Milk is very versatile and is great for cooking, baking and smoothies. I made these pancakes by blending @australiasown Organic Rice Milk, organic natural coconut yoghurt, fresh baby spinach, a dash of pure maple syrup and vanilla extract. I then added an egg and mixed self-raising flour and home-made oat flour - and cooked in a non-stick frypan with a dash of olive oil. You can top with sweet or savoury, but today I topped them with some more organic natural coconut yoghurt, fresh strawberries and blueberries, sultanas and dried cranberries, with a drizzle of pure maple syrup. Kids love the vibrant green colour too, and they're packed full of goodness!

I love having a brunch quiche on the weekends it’s such a filling meal and I can split it into two portions to have throughout the day! It is such a beautiful day out I’m about to get a little walk in with my dog and enjoy the sunshine finally!! Thank you Indiana for finally showing us some sunshine we really appreciate it! Hope you all are having a FANTASTIC weekend 💕 Southwestern Veggie Quiche: 2 servings: Each serving equal to 1 lean, 3 green, 1.5 condiments and 1 healthy fat.
Ingredients:
2 cups egg beaters 
1 cup or 112gm reduced fat mozzarella cheese 
1 cup or 3.1oz broccoli chopped
1 cup or 5.26oz assorted bell pepper chopped
3/4 cup 1.84oz mushroom chopped
1/4 cup 0.79 jalapeño chopped 
4 light Swiss laughing cow cheese wedges ( I used two pepper jack and 2 normal light) 
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp spicy Mrs. dash seasoning 
1/2 tsp onion powder 
Directions: preheat oven to 375. Spray baking dish with non stick spray. Mix ingredients all together in a bowl. Pour mixture into prepared pan and bake for 35-45 minutes until golden brown on the edges!

It's the middle of the week...how is it going for you? It's oat bran kinda morning for me with antioxidant yummy fruits. .

Since I have discovered oat bran few years ago, I hardly eat the common rolled oats. It's also because oat bran is very simple to make and my lil man likes it too. Oat bran is the outer shell of the seeds while rolled oats is the entire squashed groat. Nutrition wise, a cup of oat bran has lesser calories, more protein and fiber compared to a half cup of rolled oats. A cup is way too much. What you see in this bowl is about 1/4 cup of oat bran. 
Oat bran itself is not as tasty as rolled oats...which is why I flavour my bowl with cocoa, fruits and nuts. 😊
