Just a quick checklist for those wanting to check up on their feet placement for squats.
⠀
I found that a lot of people don't pay too much attention to feet placements since it can seem trivial, but the proper feet placement can change your squats entirely. (it is your base after all)

Just a quick checklist for those wanting to check up on their feet placement for squats.

I haven't really done "tbt" posts before, but I was scrolling through old pictures on my phone today, and felt this was appropriate, given how excited the girls are to go fishing again soon. Here's First-Born showing off one of the MANY fish she caught that day. I was in the first trimester with Third-Born, and was collapsed in exhaustion on the dock... doing little more than dozing off and snapping a few photos.😅 (we put all the fish back)

First-Born's dress is from a consignment store, and her jellies (shoes) and fishing gear are all from Walmart. .

Ich habe heute diesen Raspberry-Cheesecake 🍰 für eine Freundin zum Geburtstag 🎈 gebacken 😋
Ein Stück hatte 73 kcal, 6g Eiweiß, 9g KH und 0.4g Fett 📊
Rezept (16 Stk.): Zuerst für den Boden 150g Weizen-Vollkornmehl mit mit 1 TL Backpulver , etwas Erythrit, 100g zuckerfreien Apfelmus (z.B. von Fitini) und 30g Eiweiß von @pumperlgsund zu einem klebrigen Teig vermengen. Dann den Teig in eine mit Backpapier ausgekleidete Springform (26cm Durchmesser) auf dem Boden verteilen. Danach 500g Magerquark mit 1 Pck. Vanille-Puddingpulver, 120g Eiweiß von @pumperlgsund und etwas Erythrit vermischen. Zum Schluss 250g frische Himbeeren auf den Boden verteilen, dann die Quark-Mischung auf den Boden geben und den Kuchen bei 170°C Ober-/Unterhitze für ca 30 min backen👌

After that mix 500g low fat curd with 1x package vanilla pudding powder, 4x egg whites and some sweetener. Then add 250g fresh raspberries and the curd mixture on the base. Finally bake the cake at 170°C for about 30 minutes.

Grab this Chicken, Orange and Walnut Salad recipe below⬇⠀
⠀
What you need:⠀
🍯Dressing:⠀
3 tbsp. of honey⠀
2 tbsp. mustard⠀
1 tbsp. olive oil⠀
1 tbsp. lemon juice⠀
2 tbsp. orange juice⠀
1/3 tsp. cinnamon⠀ ⠀
🥗Salad:⠀
7 oz. (200g) chicken breast ⠀
4 handfuls rocket ⠀
1/4 iceberg lettuce⠀
1 orange⠀
1/3 pomegranate fruit, seeds⠀
¼ cup (30g) pecans, roasted ⠀
⠀
🔪 What you need to do:⠀
Peel orange and, cut out the pulp and set aside. Squeeze the juice from the rest of the orange and keep it for the sauce.⠀ ⠀
Mix the ingredients of the dressing in a cup, season with salt and pepper.⠀ ⠀
Cut the chicken breast into 4 smaller pieces, season with salt, coat with olive oil and place on a hot grill pan — grill for 4 minutes on both sides.⠀ ⠀
Drizzle the chicken pieces with a tbsp. of dressing and continue to grill for about 1.5 minutes on a slightly lower heat, turn over, drizzle with another tbsp. of dressing and grill for another minute, then remove from the pan and set aside. Once cooled slightly slice into pieces.⠀ ⠀
Mix the salad leaves and divide it between two plates, then top with the orange and chicken. Sprinkle with the pomegranate seeds and roasted pecans. Drizzle with the remaining dressing and serve.⠀

OK, so who doesn't LOVE a good salad?! Especially a healthy one that also pleases the eye. 🍊🥗⠀

Grab this Chicken, Orange and Walnut Salad recipe below⬇⠀

What you need:⠀
🍯Dressing:⠀
3 tbsp. of honey⠀
2 tbsp. mustard⠀
1 tbsp. olive oil⠀
1 tbsp. lemon juice⠀
2 tbsp. orange juice⠀
1/3 tsp. cinnamon⠀ ⠀
🥗Salad:⠀
7 oz. (200g) chicken breast ⠀
4 handfuls rocket ⠀
1/4 iceberg lettuce⠀
1 orange⠀
1/3 pomegranate fruit, seeds⠀
¼ cup (30g) pecans, roasted ⠀

🔪 What you need to do:⠀
Peel orange and, cut out the pulp and set aside. Squeeze the juice from the rest of the orange and keep it for the sauce.⠀ ⠀
Mix the ingredients of the dressing in a cup, season with salt and pepper.⠀ ⠀
Cut the chicken breast into 4 smaller pieces, season with salt, coat with olive oil and place on a hot grill pan — grill for 4 minutes on both sides.⠀ ⠀
Drizzle the chicken pieces with a tbsp. of dressing and continue to grill for about 1.5 minutes on a slightly lower heat, turn over, drizzle with another tbsp. of dressing and grill for another minute, then remove from the pan and set aside. Once cooled slightly slice into pieces.⠀ ⠀
Mix the salad leaves and divide it between two plates, then top with the orange and chicken. Sprinkle with the pomegranate seeds and roasted pecans. Drizzle with the remaining dressing and serve.⠀

Sweet potato falafel
230g chickpeas, canned or cooked
200g steamed or cooked sweet potato
1 yellow onion, roughly chopped
3 garlic cloves
handful of fresh herbs of choice (parsley, coriander, or mix of both)
2 tbsp of tahini
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp salt, or more to taste
1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
Preheat oven to 210C. Place all the ingredients (except sesame seeds) in a food processor and pulse blend until combined, but still chunky. With your hands (wet them slightly if the dough is sticking to your fingers), form about 16 balls, lightly press them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and sprinkle sesame seeds on top (optional). Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy on outside.

Ingredients : Enough for 2 servings
🥞50g of Oats
🥞25g Chocolate flavoured protein powder
🥞15g Milled Flaxseed
🥞Tbspn Peanut butter (100% natural)
🥞Tbspn Honey
🥞1/2 Tspn Baking soda
🥞150ml-200ml Almond milk (im lactose intolerant ) but normal milk is all good!😋
🥞2 eggs

How to ;
- Blend the oats in a Blender till they resemble fine flour. Then add in all the other ingredients one by one! Adjust how much milk you need depending on how thick you want the mixture!
