Je to fitness? Jsem rád, že #jetofitness se tak chytlo a posíláte mi vaše “fitness” jídla.😀 Jak to já totiž vidím, hodně lidí žije "jakoby fitness". Jednou denně si dá kiwi s tvarohem, to je přece ovoce a kasein, to se jí večer, ne? Pak to posype chia semínkama, ty jsou aktuálně in a zaplácá to javorovým topingem bez cukru.✌🏻 Takže je tam bílkovina, ovoce, něco bez cukru a taky chia. Barevně je to taky v pohodě, na insta se to bude líbit. Je tam zelená (to kiwi).🤔 Ale ranní meruňovej jogurt s rohlíkem, obědovej řízek s kroketama, čtyři kafe, dvě cigára a půl litru třešňovýho džusu tam už nedám, to by vypadalo blbě, že? To by mě nikdo nesledoval. Jsem přece "fitness", tak prdnu večer na insta ještě ten tvaroh. Ježiši, ještě jsem zapoměl, je to #lowfat tvaroh, tvl, teoreticky bych mohl říct, že i #lowcarb a taky #highprotein. 🤷‍♀️ Je to takhle #fitness přece. Druhej extrém je ten, že si dám ráno vodu s citronem, odpoledne vatu a trochu salátu, pak jdu na záchod, večer tvaroh a nafotím to. To by taky mohlo být fitness.🙂 Já už vlastně ani úplně nevím, co to fitness je. Co je to podle vás? Podle mě to už asi váhu nemá. Fitness by fakt už mohla být i tarantule.🕷
PS: ano, je to fitness zmrzlina a takhle já žeru, narvu si to všechno do huby 😀 kdo mě zná, by mohl povídat 🇺🇸

This is an easy to make recipe and the tofu chunks add a wonderful texture, tag anyone who’s into high protein who could use this dinner recipe. We shot this recipe as part of a high protein meal prep video for @waitroseandpartners - link to recipe vid in bio @thehappypear 👍🏻😄

A super tasty and delicious dish that presents really well. Fast to make and really full of flavour. We serve this with wholemeal couscous but works great with noodles 
Serves 4 - Takes 15 minutes

2 tbsp oil
1 thumb-size piece of ginger
3 cloves garlic
4 scallions
1 red chilli pepper/1 teaspoon chilli flakes
300g firm Tofu
Tin of chickpeas / butterbeans
1 courgette
1 red pepper
200g wholemeal couscous/200g noodles (4 nests)
1 teaspoon salt (a pinch more if making couscous)
1 x 400g tin of light coconut milk
2 tablespoons tamari
1 tbsp maple syrup
juice of 1 lime
1 tsp salt
3 tablespoons almond butter
150ml boiling water (to mix with almond butter)
2 tablespoons curry powder
handful of baby spinach

Ideas to garnish:
fresh coriander
chilli flakes

Peel and finely chop the ginger and garlic; and finely chop the scallions. Finely slice the chilli, removing the seeds if you don’t like it spicy. Chop the tofu, courgette and pepper into bite-size pieces. Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
Boil the kettle for the couscous / noodles. If making the couscous, pour it into a bowl and add in a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of oil, then mix through. Pour the boiling water over the couscous until the water level goes just above the top of the couscous and leave to sit for 5 minutes with a plate on top. If using noodles instead, cook as per instruction on the back of the packet, then drain and rinse.

Which is the healthiest kind of oat?
There are 4 types:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💚1.Steel Cut Oats. These are the least processed oats. Steel cut oats come from the oat kernel, and have simply been chopped into large pieces. Takes 20 mins to cook.

💚2.Rolled Oats. These are the second least processed oats. Basically, the whole oat grains are taken and steamed and then rolled out into flakes. Takes 10 mins to cook.

💚3.Quick Cooking Oats. Quick-cooking rolled oats are the same as regular rolled oats, except they have been steamed for longer, and tend to be in slightly smaller pieces. Takes 5 mins to cook.

❌4.Instant Oats. These are the most highly processed oats. Most of the fiber, minerals, and nutrients (that I wrote about in a previous post) have been removed during processing.

Obviously the less processing something goes through, the more nutrients it has. I personally like quick rolled oats because they only take 5 minutes to cook and they’re still very nutrient dense.

Alter Verwalter war das eine Shoppingtour mit Muddi 😍 Von Media Markt zu Kik , rüber zu Deichmann, Kaufland(knapp 2 Stunden dort verbracht), Globus und KFC 🤣

It only needs a couple of cheap veggies (and bit of a blending) and it's good to go. Bursting in vitamins which is a massive adventage in winter and it's also super filling.

Both balls are near identical in design, with dense sticky protein filling and chocolate outer shell.

The cookie dough flavour: oh my god. Its choc chip cookie dough with protein in that you wouldn't even realise. It tastes damn good and has hunks of chocolate in 😍
The carrot cake flavour: amazing. Pretty spicy, and packed with raisins and walnuts for authentic carrot cake taste 🤤

Macros for both (swipe to see individual) come in at 364 cals 20.4f 25.6c 19.6p which isn't amazing but for the flavour and overall "treat" feeling you get I personally think it's worth it. Accumulatively it's a 9/10!
