I can’t get enough Siggi’s around here! Why? Besides having great taste, this yogurt is high in protein, lower in sugar than traditional varieties and uses simple ingredients for flavor with just the right amount of sweetness. Try this recipe below and let me know how you like it! ➡️Golden Milk Chia Pudding 👑
✅1 ½ cups milk of choice
✅1, 5.3-oz. Container siggi’s coconut 🥥yogurt
✅½ tsp each turmeric and cinnamon
✅¼ tsp each ground ginger and cardamom
✅Pinch of black pepper
✅1 tsp vanilla extract
✅1 ½ Tbsp maple syrup, or sweetener of choice
✅½ cup chia seeds ➡️Directions
Place all ingredients in a large mason jar and shake vigorously to combine. Add chia seeds and shake again. Let sit for 10 minutes, then shake again 💪. Place in refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight. ▫️2 Scoops Schoko Chunky Flavor @morenutrition.de ⏩ Das Wasser und Haferflocken aufkochen. Puddingpulver, Flavor und Mandelmilch verrühren. Wenn die Haferflocken eingedickt sind, das Gemisch unterrühren und bei Bedarf süßen. Kurz mit Deckel auf den Topf ziehen lassen.

Building muscle is simple, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy.

To build muscle you just have to follow these 5 steps:
1.Strength Train
2.Eat a relatively High Protein Diet
3.Focus on Progressive Overload
4.Sleep 7-9 hours per night
5.Be in a caloric surplus (ideally)
.
Those steps are simple and easy to understand, but not always easy to implement, particularly
the last one.

Do you struggle to eat sufficient calories to support muscle growth? This is definitely a good
problem to have, nonetheless, it is still a problem.
.
These 6 snacks should make getting into that surplus a little easier.

Heute hab ich mir als Snack Mini Quark-fladen gemacht. Zumindest tauf ich sie jetzt so 😂

Die sind soo gut geworden und sind zudem richtig schnell und einfach gemacht. Echt perfekt zum snacken😋

Rezept: - 190g Quark
- 20g Schmelzflocken
- 20g Proteinpulver ( bei mir Cookies & Cream von @bodyperformancenutrition )
- einen Schluck Wasser
- Zimt - Süße nach Wahl

Einfach alle Zutaten gut vermischen und auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Blech verteilen. Dafür einfach mit zwei kleinen Löffeln kleine Kugelchen formen. Dann bei ca. 175 ° etwa 15 min. backen.
Kurz auskühlen lassen und genießen 😍

Probiert das unbedingt mal aus😉

1⃣ If you are a coffee lover ☕ like me, you add in freeze coffee. And it will give the effect of Mocha.

2⃣ If coffee is not what you favour and you have a little 🕛, you can add in 🍇🍈🍒🍓 and it becomes a yummy fruity shake. 🎀🎀🎀🎀🎀🎀🎀🎀🎀🎀🎀🎀🎀🎀🎀🎀 Do you know that a sachet of #Trimshake consists of 20g of protein, high in soluble fibre and low in fat, just 3.5g. 250g Quark / 1 EL Zucker / 1 Ei / ca 60g Mehl / 1 TL Backpulver / etwas Milch

1. Den Quark mit dem Zucker und dem Ei verrühren
2. Mehl und Backpulver hinzugeben und vermengen. Nun ist der Teig sehr fest und zäh. Soviel Milch hinzugeben bis er eine cremige aber dennoch feste Konsistenz hat.
3. Mit einem EL Teighäufchen in die Pfanne setzen und auf mittlerer Stufe braten
