One of the most difficult parts of dieting for fat loss is dealing with hunger. And while it's a feeling you must accept, if it gets too unmanageable, it becomes that much easier to give into temptation.⠀

Heute gibt's mal wieder eine meiner absoluten Lieblingsquarkspeisen momentan, Wackelquark 🙌🏻 Zitrone mag ich glaub ich tatsächlich am liebsten. Und die leckeren weißen Schoki Waffelkekse die ich beim "PennyMarkt" ergattert habe, passen perfekt dazu 🤤
Portion ist wirklich riesig und ergibt eine Mahlzeit☝🏻Dabei hat die gaaanze Schale gerade mal 253kcal und sogar 35g Eiweiß😍

Alles was ihr braucht sind: 🍋200g Magerquark 🥄50g Exquisa fitline Frischkäse 0,2%
🍋1/2 Packung Götterspeisepulver (=6g) eurer Wahl, ich habe die Sorte Zitrone genommen ☝🏻 (kein Instant!)
🥄Süßungsmittel und Drops n.B.
Als Topping:
🍋 frische Zitronenscheiben
🥄1 Waffelkeks (s. Story)

Zuerst das Götterspeisepulver und Süßungsmittel in eine Schale geben (Ich habe etwas Stevia genutzt). 250ml Wasser kochen und darüber geben, rühren bis sich alles gut aufgelöst hat. Etwas abkühlen lassen, in der Zeit Quark und Frischkäse verrühren. Habe außerdem noch Flavor Drops in der Sorte "Lemon Pie" dazugegeben 😊 Die flüssige Götterspeise dann nach und nach zur Quarkfrischkäsemischung kippen und mit einem Schneebesen gut einrühren. Dann für einige Stunden oder bestenfalls über Nacht kaltstellen 😍

Living that hotel breakfast life! Thank goodness we have a microwave in our room! I was able into mix in shredded cheddar cheese and butter and make it melty! Flavored with hot sauce. Also, bananas and PB are life. Yep not keto friendly, but so won’t all the beer I drink later 💁🏼‍♀️ it’s a balance and I’m planning on really buckling down next week. I’m coming up on the last week of my diet bet and I’m ALMOST there! Also, I start working a new job next week that involves 6 hours ish of physical activity 2 times a week so I’m looking forward to being more active again! Desk life is rough!

For myself volume with only a few calories is the key to feel satisfied. But there are also points, that speak against high volume diets. Especially if you are a bodybuilder who is competing and who doesn’t want to stretch his stomach even more (a stretched stomach COULD lead to more hunger in long-term).⁣

Here’s a study that compared different types of foods. The food was divided into different categories: Fruits, pastries, snacks, high carb, high fat and high protein.⁣

These categories were fed groups of 11 to 13 people. It was always the same amount of calories, so there was no difference. It doesn’t matter if it was fish, a mars bar or an apple, it was all 240 calories.⁣
⁣
So after they ate it, they asked the participants for every 15 minutes, how their satiety level is (up to 120 minutes). To make a comparison they chose the with bread eaters. For example the satiety level of fish and white bread were compared.⁣ ⁣
In the table you can see how well the food filled the people in comparison to white bread.⁣ The most filling food are potatoes.

Zum Nachbacken braucht ihr:
🔸1Ei
🔸50g Haferflocken 🔸25g Total Protein @morenutrition.de ☺️
🔸50g Skyr oder Magerquark 🔸50g Mandelmilch 🔸2g Backpulver
🔸25g Erythrit 
Fürs Topping nehmt ihr:
🔸10g Dinkelmehl 🔸10g Erythrit 🔸80g Erdbeeren 🍓 🔸20g Erythrit und mixt diese zusammen in einem Mixer
Alles für den Teig verrühren und etwa 2 EL davon beiseite geben! Den Teig in eine kleine Backform geben und die “Marmelade” drüber geben und etwas verstreichen!

So ihr lieben hier kommt nun das Rezept von dem ultra geilen Schoko-Mugcake, den ich heute morgen schon in der Story gepostet habe:
Ca. 65g Zucchini fein geraspelt / 80g Magerquark / ein Ei / 10g Dinkelmehl / 10g Weizenkleie / 5 g Backkakao / 3g Backpulver / 25g Total Protein Schoko - Karamell / 6g Chunky Flavour Vollmilchschokolade / Schuss Wasser ➡️alles vermengen und bei 800 Watt ca. 6 Minuten in Intervallen in die Mikrowelle. Währenddessen das Topping zubereiten. Dafür 10g Schokopuddingpulver (ich hatte zartherb von Dr. Oetker) mit Xucker und Wasser zubereiten. 7g PB2 anrühren und einem halben Peanutbutter Crunch Proteinriegel (dm Sportness) in Stücke schneiden. Kuchen stürzen und alles drauf geben 
501 kcal / 38g KH / 15g F / 52g P ...Wer jetzt denkt "diese Zutaten habe ich alle gar nicht" man kann den Kuchen auch ohne Proteinpulver und auch ohne Weizenkleie machen dann muss man aber entsprechend mehr Mehl verwenden. Ebenso kann man die Chunky Flavour weglassen dann muss aber etwas Süße in den Teig (z.B. Flüssig Süßstoff, damit kann man auch den Pudding süßen). Statt PB2 kann man Erdnussbutter oder einfach Erdnüsse verwenden.
