🥊🏋🏻‍♀️❤️ There is so much misinformation about low carb/keto diets. It drives me crazy! This was tonight’s supper. Steak, shrimp, radishes, mushrooms and peppers. Please tell me how this is bad for me? I’d like to truly know. Keto is not bacon, bacon, bacon and unhealthy fats. Keto is healthy fats and no starches and limited carbs. It’s not limited food! I eat a very vast variety of foods. Please educate yourself before judging. Because your processed food, high starch, high carb items and the McDonald’s (although I miss McChickens, but that’s not the point) you eat will kill you long before my radishes will kill me. *rant over* Done right low carb/keto is a very sustainable and healthy lifestyle choice. So excited about getting work on our new youth space underway! And thankful for a husband that goes along with all my crazy ideas!

We live in a small community and our group may be only a few kids each week, but if we can make a difference in one life, then we have done our job. We have been so blessed with this building and can’t wait to see how God uses it and us to minister to these kids!❤️

I’ve gotten so much interest & questions about what my online fitness groups are like, so Ive decided to do a quick FAQ:

1. Is there a certain time that I have to do the workouts? — NOPE. All of the workouts are streamed online (kinda like Netflix) so you do them whenever they fit into your schedule. Workouts range from 20 mins-1 hour depending on what program you are doing so they are super easy to schedule in.

2. Do I have to video myself like you do?—NOPE. I only do that because I am a coach and I want to show all of my followers that I am showing up for myself and them every day

3. How long does it last?— Depends on what program we decide is best for you, some last 3 weeks, others last 3+ months.. but you get access to all of my groups for 1 YEAR

4. What do I get when I sign up?— Totally depends on what workout program you are starting with :) But the basics of each pack includes 1 YEAR of online access to every workout program && the meal plans that go along with the workout programs, 1 month of super food shakes, the containers that go along with the meal plans, a shaker cup, any accessories that may go along with the program && printed program materials. Cost totally depends on what pack you are getting but are usually in the $160 range

5. What are the benefits to coaching?— Coaching has helped keep me accountable & improved my outlook on life & how I feel about myself in sooooo many ways. Plus, it is a way for me to have a part time job without having to clock in and out— I can do my work from literally anywhere. — && Have the opportunity to make this a full time gig if I want

6. Is it worth it? — 100% yes. No doubt. No words can describe how much this has changed my life. Its made living a healthy lifestyle simple while connecting me with a positive community of people who are constantly supporting me. I would definitely recommend trying it if you are even the least bit curious— you won’t be disappointed

Terrible lighting and photo quality but just trying to develop the abs. Yes they DO need to be trained just like every other body part!!! My favorite ab exercises would be crunches on the floor or ball crunches 500-1000 reps with as little rest as possible going for the burn or cable crunches 4 sets of 15-30 reps.

I didn’t have much time but I got a solid workout in a neighborhood gym using cables and dumbbells. If you’re ever stuck with a hotel gym or just not your usual place, DONT let that be an excuse! There’s plenty of work that can be done! 💪🏾 here’s what I did and I hit ALL the heads of my deltoids: 
1️⃣ Shoulder press + seated lateral raises
2️⃣Bent over cable raises (slow, pause at half and at the top) + cable upright rows 
3️⃣ incline DB upright rows + standing front raises + bent over DB flys ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .

The Weider multi station was good while it lasted but now it just takes up too much room. I disassembled all of the stations except the assisted dip and pull up area and created a base. Tomorrow I will cut off the extra metal and start working on a belt squat machine with the extra parts.

Working with the new pinch grip trainer. I am quite terrible at them. This is about 70lbs or so for a few reps with no chalk. I’m sure with chalk I could do a couple hundred haha... not

Worked on setting up my area a little better today. It was fun loading mats and unloading by myself. It was today's training. i brought boxes for Pre, steps etc for parkour practice.
